Belt size

Looking to buy a spare belt. Is the belt for the 2104 the same size as the 2015? I’ve been looking at the Gates belts on Amazon with no matches for 2015. 30G3750 and 30C3750 showing matches for the 2014.

Bad bearing?

So, I’m replacing wheel bearings… After putting the new bearing in the new carrier, I test fit a new hub and when I pulled out the Hub, the race came with it. Is this bearing bad or is this normal and I simply pop it back in and assemble as usual?

Hello everyone

Hi all,

Thank you for having me. I am new and figured I would do a quick introduction. I enjoy ATVing (kind of a given huh), camping, fishing, playing video games and shooting.

I have recently purchased a 2005 Grizzly 660 LE and have owned a 2006 Honda Rancher 350 for a few years now.

I am from Rutland, VT.

Water Pump Failed

Hello all,

Sorry for being new and immediately asking for help. I do intend to contribute too when I can.

So here is what happened and I was hoping someone could help me figure out how to resolve this chain of events.

I bought a 2005 Grizzly 660, I cleaned the carb and put a new spark plug in it, it was running great, I noticed a radiator leak and proceeded to flush the radiator, it was pretty nasty. I flushed a lot of water through it and pulled the pull start without starting it to work the water through the whole system and drained it multiple times. The whole time I was doing this I didn’t know the water pump was leaking. This caused the motor to literally fill up with water to the point that I couldn’t turn it over with the pull starter anymore. When I couldn’t pull it anymore I removed the carb and spark plug and pulled it over and water came out of both the spark plug and intake. The pressure actually loosened the spark plug a bit.

I pulled the waterpump, oil plug and filter and let it drain for 4 days while the new water pump came, now I have the new water pump installed and put 1qt ATF and 1qt oil in and worked it through with the hand crank. While doing this water is still coming out of my spark plug hole (it’s a mist now, and isn’t as strong).

I have a pretty good grasp on keep changing oil until it isn’t milky to clear the bottom end and would appreciate any tips if anyone has them on how to improve this process. However my main question is how did the water get into the top end from the water pump leak? Does it mean there is damage to something internal?

Thank you all in advance for your help!
