I still have a little play in both rear wheels after replacing a lot of components in the rear wheel. Below is the list.
1. Replaced all bushing in the rear with jccapri bushing kit (upper and lower a-arm, shocks, upper bushing for wheel bearing carrier) for the Sportsman 500.
2. Purchased brand new wheel bearing carrier with new bearings, upper bushings, and sleeves.
3. Purchased brand new lower bushings and new sleeves for the wheel bearing carrier.
After replacing all these parts, most of the play in the rear wheel is gone; however, there is still some play. The only thing left to replace is the rear axle, wheel hub, and wheel studs. Just wondering if folks have had issues with the wheel hub or stubs. Please advise as soon as possible as I would like to fix this problem over the weekend.
All in a month. These four weeks will be a blur. Picked my ride up these week, taking her to top trails to break her in Sunday . I have a son finishing his freshman year at college next week. His birthday is today.
Then UTV inc was kind enough to help me with some accessories, I looked at a few others but nick and Johhny has always took care of me. There products are of superior quality and workmanship and there a pleasure to deal with. Ill finish this four week span in windrock with some good friends riding out.
Oh we will be enjoying my sons wakeboard boat also during this time.
For the 10 hour service, I know you are supposed to change the engine oil and the gear box oil. However, is it also recommended to change the front and rear differential oils as well?

I jumped over to the dark side with Aussie and pick up a Commander Max XT. I hope it’s as durable or somewhat close to Yamaha. So far it’s great. The ride, cockpit feel, quick ratio steering. After I test drove it I had to have it.

I got a 2003 300ex that won’t start. Starter spins but engine will not turn over. Assumed it was the key way or starter clutch. Pulled the flywheel off key way is grabbing the flywheel and starter clutch works as it should. The crankshaft turns either direction with ease by hand. Someone help me out here. Broken rod? Broken or stretched Timing chain? Stripped crank gear?
I want to add a rocker switch to my polaris winch. I can find rocker switches but I need the kit (or info) to add a rocker switch to an existing winch. If you know where I can get the kit that would be much appreciate.
Looking to buy a spare belt. Is the belt for the 2104 the same size as the 2015? I’ve been looking at the Gates belts on Amazon with no matches for 2015. 30G3750 and 30C3750 showing matches for the 2014.
