Bought these by accident and needed the new style. It is going to cost too much to send them back so I need to sell them. These do not have the slots in them like the 2011+ 800’s and 900’s have. Make an offer shipped. I have 2 of them.

Hey guys I have a turbo 900 2 seat and have full doors and a full windshield and a roof it gets so hot between the seats that it almost burns the girlfriends left elbow in the passenger seat when on the road doing about 50/60 for 5 minutes or more. I have the factory heat shields but has anyone cut holes in the front of the bed for ventilation or done anything else? Maybe header wrap?

So after a good swamp ride two weeks ago I finally got to fixing my XMR. The belt exploded on me causing me to tow it home. Installed replacement belt last night no prob. Buuuuut found oil leaking out of the rear "main seal"? This is where the rear drive shaft enters the motor. Fairly good leak, need to find this seal. Can seem to identify it online. Seems to be fairly common. Anyone know p/n or link ? Help is appreaciated.
I figured I would start a thread on what it takes to install the 2013/14/15 1,000 and 2015 800 XMR rear diff into the G2 chassis. This is the bigger Differential with more pinon support and Hypoid gears.:clapsmilie:
For 800 single seat bikes (renegade or outlanders) the 2015 800 XMR "short" drive shaft 703500858 is the easiest swap.
For 2 up bikes it is the same thought process, just using the 13-15 1000 xmr drive shaft will work for 1000 bikes. For 800 bikes you could use the 1000 shaft and swap your input "gearbox" side yoke.
The final way for any g2 bike is to shorten your shaft 1.75" and swap out the output "differential" side yoke for the xmr yoke.

louisville KY. I have a set of tires and wheels for sale. The tires are Pit Bull Rockers, fronts are 27.5x9R12 and the tears are 27.5x11R12. I have an extra rear as a spre as well. The fronts have about 70% tread left, and the tears have about 85-90%. The spare is mounted to a stock 12 in wheel, and the rest are mounted to DWT beadlocks with normal trail rash on them. No dents in the wheel itself. All tires hold air fine, the spare has a tube in it. I’m asking 800$OBO. Call or text Dan at 502 6413613 for pictures, I’m having trouble downloading them to the forum from my phone.
Just wondering if anyone else feels resistance in their steering when in awd. In 2 wheel drive everything feels normal and when I switch to awd it automatically feels like it’s staying in 4 wheel drive all the time. I thought it should only kick in when something starts to slip. It feels the same weather I’m on dirt or pavement( yes I know I shouldn’t be in all wheel drive on pavement) Is this normal?
