I just purchased a new 900s. When warming up, it has a slight peck. It goes away after warm. I checked the oil and it appears fine. Anything to be concerned about?

scratch on cylinder. please advise
Alright, so as I was pulling the cylinder off of the piston on my 2008 400ex, im guessing i pulled it an an awkward angle that might have put a horizontal scratch into the cylinder wall, or maybe it didn’t happen while I was disassembling it, either way it concerns me. The scratch is noticeable, even though it is the width of a hair. You can run your fingers on it and feel it. What should I do at this point? I dont want to put in a brand new piston and rings and god forbid the ring gets caugh on it and breaks.
The scratch is where the cylinder looks discolored closer towards the bottom. I captured it as best as I could.
