We are wanting to put doors on our 2014 800 EPS. Just would like some other peoples thoughts on which ones they have tried and like.
I am thinking we want the solid doors, not the slotted or others with openings.
I see some that are 50" specific, do they crowd you in the seat or should a guy buy ones for an S model.
I’m open for suggestions, it’s too much money to spend to buy the wrong ones.

I’m a new member here, and am helping a friend out. She bought an 03 Polaris 400M that needs a new CDI box. The part number is 3402-785. Ebay has them for a measly $449.00. Can anyone help me out in any way possible? If you know of a place to get one, or even if you have a used one for sale, please let me know. Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated. Going to Hidden Falls this weekend (May 2 & 3). There is supposed to be a ride for the wounded going on. The weather should be cool. Why is Barnwell Mountain closed?
This ride will stage at a Green Dot parking area about 11 miles West of Vantage on the Old Vantage Highway (the place with the corral, for those familiar). A Discover Pass is required. We’ll head on over toward the petrified forest area but turn before we get there (it’s closed to ORVs), head North along the river (stop for a break at the river), then cut over to Whiskey Dick’s cabin before heading South again.
We’ll make a side trip to go visit a windmill up close and personal (those things are IMPRESSIVE in person), and then close the loop back to the staging area.
This ride is about 45 miles if we visit the windmills, minus 10 miles if we skip them. It will take at least four hours, probably more. If people wanted a longer ride, we could easily add another 20 miles of riding (also a round trip, 10 miles each direction) along a ridge line on the "old army road", which has some great scenery too.
Most of the riding is canyons and valleys, hard dirt roads, some off-camber rutty areas, rocks sticking up out of the dirt.
You should air up your tires for this one, and make sure you have plenty of gasoline, drinking water and tire plug kits on hand, and make sure your radiators are clean. There is not much shade on this ride, and it can be brutal to the unprepared ORV/rider.
Meet a windmill in person, see bird impact stains on the blades, hear the sound the tips of the blades make, realize just how fast the tips are actually moving.
Understand that the reason you can see them clearly from 30 miles away is because they are enormous!
I’m trying to find a light weight, well ventilated, D.O.T approved helmet for summer riding.
What is everyone using ?. Impact racing offered one , but has been discontinued.
I know this is a long shot but does anyone have any pictures or can give me a description of how the combo light, on/off, and reverse speed override switch looks? I was working on my dead machine tonite and took this apart and heard a ball rattling in it. Not thinking I flipped it over. White face with electric connections came out as well as some Springs and contacts and what appears to be a detent bearing.
Would like to try to put it back together before just getting a new one.
Thought I blew a belt but when I took the clutch cover off I found this, anyone know what could cause this I am pretty sure this is why belt went, 2015 900 xc with 419 mlsAttachment 133071
Hello!! I’m new to forums so bare with me. Recently got my 1st quad. 2003 660. It’s been great until recent glitches. Went to start the other day. I pushed the button and get a single click from the relay then my display goes blank. Started looking for shorts and nothing. Decided to clean battery terminal then it works again!! Then today it does it again. I lightly tapped the positive terminal and it starts to work. So far it’s ok but I just don’t trust it. Any help would be appreciated!! Thank ya!!

I just installed a new Comet primary clutch. I’m working on the alignment and need a thinner shim(s). The original setup had two of the stock 0.060" shims on the shaft for the secondary clutch but this made the belt ride on the outer sheave of the primary. I removed one, but the belt was still riding on the outer primary sheave. Removing both has the belt riding on the primary’s inner sheave.
I need to locate a source for thinner shims, a 0.030" looks like it would do the trick. Any idea where I can locate thinner shims? The factory shims are all 0.060". I’ve been searching here and on Google to no avail.
