tranny problem?
I have a 06 rubicon, bought it new and have had a problem since I first took it thru mud which was about 2 yrs after I bought it. When it gets stuck the tires will not spin, if I give it gas it just bogs and doesnt spin. The dealer couldnt come up with an answer except bring it back and we will dig into it, they guessed that maybe I had too much grip with my mud tires but I have never had that issue with other bikes Ive had. Its 9 yrs old now so its gotten me this far but was curious if anybody had a theory Thanks
Beautiful Sunday
Took advantage of nice spring weather and went for a little tour Sunday, only about 30 miles, but was nice to finally get out and ride without 4 layers of clothes on. This is a small lake north of me that I spend a lot of time on in the winter ice fishing.

Something to check upon maintenance
This is the piece that holds your shifter rod in place. Mine completely wore out at about 3000 miles. Might be something to check during maintenance it take 2 min to change it and could save you a headache. It cost 3$ part# 5436722. I think most models of sportsman have these and there are 2 of them one at the front and one at the back of the shifter linkage.
2012 polaris sportsman 500 help please
Dad’s bike broke it’s rear axle…it’s actually the plunge joint that goes in rear diff. Having real hard time getting the cup part of the joint out of the bike. Can you just replace balls, cage and inside race or do you have to do the whole plunge joint?
