Looking for Battery experts

I have a need to run a 24 volt start for my rzr.

I am looking for actual knowledge on batteries. Please keep speculation to a minimum. Really trying not to offend anyone, but my bottom line is getting thin and I would like to stay married a bit longer. LOL

Can someone confirm that when wiring the battery in series, should the batteries both be of the same amperage?

Any literature would be nice as well. Still googling, but have only found how to hook them up, I know how that works. And everything else that seems to have details is on hooking up batteries in parallel and that they should be the same size/age/capacity.

So why am I asking, well I keep melting the second battery, I am speculating because I had it as the smaller amperage battery.

First ride of the year

Finally got out for a ride this past weekend. Had a great time and got to use my buddies new GoPro. To say it was wet is an understatement. Even on 30’s I couldnt touch the bottom of most the holes I went in. I made it through a few but didn’t get them on camera… It was a fun day and I can’t wait to get back out! Video is a little long… I tried to cut it down but all I have is the iMovie editor and I am not sure how to cut pieces of the video out…. Like the boring parts lol. Hopefully yall enjoy it.

27″ or 28″ Outlaw Radials for 2015 Renegade 1000

hello, new to the forum, just purchased my 2015 renegade about 2 weeks ago, and absolutely love it!!! one of the first mods i want to do is change the tires.

i know i want outlaw radials but can’t make a decision on the 27s or the 28s.

i don’t want to add any kind of lifts, or spacers and don’t want to have to trim my fenders and don’t want any kind of rubbing from the tires

I’ve done some research and some people say 28s will fit with no rub issues or lifts, others say they have to either trimmed the fenders or use a heat gun to push them forward

i want the 28s but if they can’t fit without any other mods or rub issues then i will have to settle for 27s.

does anyone know for sure that 28s will fit with no issues???

also if anyone has any pics please post i would love to see how they look!

thanks!

Big Horns OG failure

hi everyone, back in february I had some bad luck with a set of BH OG . both of my rear tires cracked on the inside only [blackwall side] , not what I expected from a set of tires not even 1 year old . so after almost 2 months I finally got an answer today saying that maxxis is going to warranty them.

Just ordered my paddles…too tall?

I called my local Skat-trak dealer that I buy my tires from and he called skat for advice as he mainly deals with high horsepower large tires. He has treated me damn good in the past so I feel obligated to continue business with him. Skat recommended 30-14 10 paddle/stagger extremes for stock RZR 1k. Is this too tall a tire for a stock machine? I just want to have power on tap. I will be totally stock the first trip and plan on Dalton clutch after that. Are any of you guys running this tire with similar setup???? If so how’s the performance compare to a 26"? I will have STU 3 ribbed smoothie in the front.

Oem brand new 14-15 rancher plastics hunter green

These plastics have never even been bolted on I bought my atv brand new out of the crate and purchased the orange plastics to go on it instead.

These are OEM still in the box directly from Honda.

Buyer will be responsible for shipping I already have it boxed obviously it will vary due to how far you live from Lexington SC. I will meet if its within a reasonable distance.
