So I am new here and have a few questions. I have a 2013 RZR 800 LE Red. I bought it new. Long story short never let anybody play with your toys. Last Memorial day it took a hard hit on the right side. I spent the rest of the last year fixing it. I replaced the hole upper cage frame, "roll cage", bed box, front hood, right rear tire, right rocker pannel cover, and both front cage supports. When I went to put the new roll cage together the rear went on fine, but it was a B to get the front allinged with the front supports. I do think the frame is bent about a 1/4 inch. I did get everything back together, and it seems fine. Last weekend was it first time out since I got it all back together. She seemd to run good and everything held together, but I had a lot of squeaking frome the front. I think it just needs a good greasing up. My big concearn is I found that in a couple spots on the frame the paint on the welds was craking off. The big one is on the lower right front of the frame. I dont think the weld is craking just the paint. Would this be normal? Should I replace the Frame if its bent? I had a good dealer do a deatailed walk around after it was wrecked, and they didnt say anything about the frame being bent. Should it be very hard to alling the front part of the roll cage to the front roll cage support? Any help would be great. Thanks
Since I put this oil in the machine it really seems that some of the noise the motor makes has dropped off some. It just seems like the motor just isn’t as loud as it used to be. I heard that RP will quieten down motors but I really did not believe it would. Maybe I was wrong and it really does. Maybe I just finally got all my rattles fixed and I just think it was the oil in the motor doing the trick. Who really knows and all I do know is my 570 is a little less noisy.

I’ve been in the off-road community for a long time but this is my first RZR and I am mad at myself for waiting this long to purchase one. I have been riding a Raptor 700 for years. I bought a 2012 XP 900 that has been pretty impressive so far. I bought this with the intent that my wife would drive the RZR and I would take the Raptor but it has been too much of a thrill to give up the wheel time. Located in the Houston area so hope to see some of you out at the local riding spots.
I will be installing a set of 3/8 FUTV skids on a friend of mine’s XP41k. His machine is a 2015 with factory sliders. I have read a few things about how to make them work, but still am a little confused on the best way to put them on. Does anyone have any helpful hints and possibly pictures?
Does the skid cover the slider lip or does it slide in between the slider and the farme? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks GF
Hello all
I have a 2004 trx250tm recon. and the top end makes a lot of clicking and clacking. I adjusted the valves and its still very noisy. Is this common or is something out od whack? It runs fine.
