I have a 2003 Honda rincon with some starting issues. If it sits for a day or more it will not start. Turns over good it just won’t fire off. The carb has a primer on it and if I use that it will start just fine. After it has been running it will start fine the rest of the day until it sits for about 8 hours or more. Anyone have a clue what could be causing this?
That’s right! We have 2 new door sets for your RZR 900s or the 900xc! They are constructed out of 6061 Aircraft grade Aluminum with a 1 3/8" diameter tubing to give it a true aftermarket look!
We have designed the first door (2606) to sit right on your stock door mount! All you do is remove the 4 hardware bolts an install our door and latch. The second one (2601) will replace your entire door frame and mount system.
They both have also been designed to sit perfect for those who relax on rides with their arm relaxing on the door to full on protection for those that will be racing their rides! Make sure you give us a call or send us a PM to get your Killer Forum Discount! 951-279-3861

I was looking at getting a set of the full plastic super atv doors. It looks like they bolt on and reuse the stock latch system, and is one complete door skin instead of two like the lower doors from polaris.
also they come with graphics for a pretty good price. Was wondreing if anyone has them and how they like them? Are they a nice fit and finish?
Only thing I dont like is they don’t come with the triangle block outs that go behind the door.
That or i saw Alba Racing had some fiber glass doors, any comments on these?
im looking for new tires, my swamplites are good tires but have lost half of the tread and i love them but just wear to fast and lookin at mudzillas or just zillas or the mudlite xl 27’s is what i want.
I recently replaced the one way bearing on my 07 bigbear 400. I have this problem with a litte movement of the idler gear for the starter clutch. I ran it all weekend at the last weekend. I didn’t have any problems with but I didn’t fell good about it so I pulled it all apart. I went to a local yamaha dealer and talked to a mechanic and he said it looks fine. I just wanted a second opinion thanks. https://vimeo.com/127204110
Some Polaris fan boy told me no after market belt will beat a Polaris oem one but I have a feeling he has a bias opinion. I put a Dayco belt on my Yamaha sled when the new one wrote out and it was fine. I’ll only asking because I can find a Dayco one a lot cheaper.
I have a 12ft dump trailer that I use for work and hauling the quad.the sides are getting pretty rusty and need taking care of. Bottom is still in great shape Cuz I have sparayed it with fluid film from day one. So I was gonna use chassis saver or por 15 but didn’t like the idea of having to spend $100+ and still have to put a top coat on for UV protection. So I found some rustoleum professional at home depot gloss black. Directions are similar to the chassis saver knock off rust and apply ( I did this today). They recommend using a primer to and I am rustoleum heavy metal. So has anyone used this stuff before? I’m going to be doing it all with a brush per the directions. I bought the best brush I could get for oil based paint. Any tricks to keep the brush marks out or tips, this is my first big painting project.
