300ex not turning on, no lights???

so… over the weekend we went on our first ride to the brick factory, and after about an hour of riding through there i decide to go up a small hill… right as i hit the apex of the hill my quad started tipping right, and soon enough the whole thing rolled down a small crevice i didn’t see from the bottom. it wasn’t too bad, rolled right on top of me and flipped it right back off (with help from my brother) anyway, no damage except the headlight bracket, headlight plastic, and some brake levers/switches moved around. So after we rolled it back i started it right up no problems, brushed it off like nothing happened, then we went to a new spot and decided to stop, so i shut my quad off… sure enough it didn’t turn back on… at all.. no headlight, no neutral light, no reverse light. i went around and checked everything but all the wiring looked hooked up and good, the fuse was good, the battery was alive, nothing was cut or looked shorted. i am stumped, we ended up just chilling there for a few hours trading off quads and riding for a bit so it wasn’t all bad but we had to tow the thing back through all kinds of terrain. i did try to roll start it behind my friends brute force and it did fire but it wouldn’t stay on for more than 3 seconds. I don’t really know how the rollover could have affected the wiring at all especially since it started right up afterwards but i felt i should mention it. Any help would be appreciated. also one more thing, when i put the new switch set in awhile ago, a part of the connector had to be jumped because the metal pieces inside were gone and the wire was previously jumped, i don’t know which wire it is, but i looked at it and it seemed fine, ill look again tomorrow though.

Tuff Stuff xtreme 4500 winch

Does anyone have experience with this winch? I have previously used harbor freight winches and have not had any issues however I came across this one and its seems to be a great value. It already has a synthetic cable, aluminum fairlead and wireless remote.

High mileage 800

I’m looking at getting a 2009 800 with over 10000 Km’s. It seems well maintained with new bearings and u joints. Should I be worried about the mileage? I haven’t confirmed the hours but he said 170. Which to me is impossible and he must be mistaken. Doesn’t seem to be a mud machine and it does have a plow which worries me. Would think that would add hours.

Any comments would help. Thanks

2003 Rancher 350

I just bought a 2003 Rancher 350 4×4 manual shift, the bike has sat up for more than a year. After draining the old gas I got the bike started by using my jumpbox. The bike would only run on half choke. I took the carburetor off and cleaned it out replaced it and when I went to start it, using the jumpbox, it started to crank and then nothing. The panel lights won’t come on when you turn the ignition switch to the on position. I got the bike started with the pull rope but still no electrical. Any ideas? HELP, thanks in advance.
