Ok so lately driving my buggy around and Mad Heat is getting sucked into the cab area from the engine area, i have a EMP windshield, DE doors, and roof, so how can i get rid of this horrible Vacuum effect thats drawing in this super hot air? Any Ideas? Thanks
My honda 350 rancher es has been having intermittant shifting problems for the past 2 years after getting pretty deep in water. It will just flash for a few months and then shift fine…then the process starts over. Finally getting it taken apart to figure out what it is. If I follow the cable coming out of the let handle bar it goes to the front underneath just behind my winch.
There are 4 wiring connectors down there under the "hood". From the right side (if you were sitting in the seat) the 1st one is round, the second one is the one that I thought came from the left handle bar but alas…it comes from the actual display. I got it apart and the part coming from the led display area had corrosion in it pretty bad. I tried to scrape it off carefully but wound up breaking one of the pins off. So now I know it needs to be replaced. I have it taken off, the other end has 2 plugs that go into the computerized card in the display case…..what part is this? I need to get one ordered and can’t figure it out from the service manual.
Second question is could the corrosion on this part be what my problem was? And do I need to replace both ends. The other side (female end) looks pretty clean.

Finally got my xp back tonight after a month. Top end was rebuilt due to sucking dirt. Adding my double down kit Tomr and hitting the woods saturday! I am throwing a new belt on so I will be breaking that in, but should I do anything special for breaking in the top end? The dealer did heat cycles.
Hello, Im changing the bearings on my my differential. So far I have everything out including the hex lock nut that I bought the tool for. I am wondering is there another retaining ring to get the bearings out or is the Hex nut considered as the retainer ring?
Have full stock 1000 suspension. One rear radius rod is slightly bent everything else is good
