Looking for some advice. Reassembling after stator replacement, and was wondering about greasing, where and how much if any, in the boot of the side driveshaft where it connects in the front. Trx350 1987. Thanks all for
any advice you have to offer.
On the Fox Edition rzr, is it possible to install the springs on the front shock upside down? The right shock I put together and installed back on the RZR appears to have the top smaller spring upside down compared to the left shock, because the spacing between the coils is different between the 2 shocks (just the upper spring). I kept all the parts in order when I swapped the springs so maybe those smaller springs are supposed to be that way? If anyone can post a picture of the front shocks on the Fox Edition that haven’t been modified that would help me out.
Does anyone know how much to torque the front sway bar bolts? I couldn’t find this in the service manual.
Also, what kind of grease is best to use for the zerk fittings on the a-arms and sway bar? I have Maxima blue waterproof grease, but that doesn’t come in a tube for a grease gun…
I just put my daughter’s TRX 125 back together after replacing the chain and sprockets. It is now stuck in gear and I can’t get it into neutral.
It is a fairly time consuming job as I have to remove the sub-transmission and spacer to get at the front sprocket.
Any ideas what may be wrong?
Someone sent me a link about Polaris pushing for the RIDE Act and said its about some act to reserve riding areas for OHV use.
I must be missing something because all I can find is stuff about the stability specifically of SXS. There is even a part that specifies steering wheel, floor gas pedal/brake, and non straddle seating.
So what is the RIDE Act?
Here is the article I found on the Act and the thing Polaris is putting out.
I need to adjust the valves on my 94 timberwolf. Where do I find the part with the TDC mark? Is it under the cover on the left side of the cylinder with two phillips head screws? I know the valve covers are on top of the cylinder.

So hey guys and gals. New on forum here. Since I have a Polaris pursuit camo edition. I figure I use site for tips on repairs and maintenance etc. but I wanted to hit on a topic I can’t stand and the dumb people. So I am a brand new homeowner just bought last week haven’t moved in yet. I went on CraigsList looking for some things like a small to medium tool box and couple other things for the garage. Now I have sold lots of things from paintball stuff to cars and motorcycles. I do my research before I buy or sell something and we negotiate. So I’m looking for tool boxes and punching bags trying to save couple bucks since now money is tight. I see people asking for more than what a certain sells brand new. Why would someone do that. That bugs the heck out of me. Do these people just want to price it so it collects dust or do you want to sell? Example I saw a husky 5 drawer box on there, person asking 150 used So I happened to be looking at different sites and see same one at Home Depot for $99!! I didn’t bother emailing guy or gal to negotiate. By pricing it’s not worth it to insult anyone offering them $50. I browse trying to look for a reasonable deal but seems like everyone wants to be hoarders.
Let me know what people think. Agree disagree? Anything in between. And please no dumb comments. This is just a opinion on what u think not a bash session.
