My rear shock is soft. No load the machine sits nice. Add weight and it sags like an old lady. Can the fox shock be rebuilt or replaced. How about a heavier duty spring? I’m not sure, but I do know it is a low rider.
Was real supprised to find out the load limit on this machine is only 200 lb.
Thanks for input,

Odd question… Does anybody happen to have a picture of how the handheld winch controller goes back into the front cover? Took mine out over the winter to re-spool new cable on the winch and now that it’s warmed up I can’t, for the life of me, remember how it was in there before I used it.
Trying to remove my axle to replace the bearings on my 2002 300ex and the hub nut as well as the axle nut are stuck on there like crazy. I soaked them both in wd40 and the axle nut I have a pipe wrench with a 2 foot pipe as leverage but nothing’s happening. Any advice on how to get these things loose?
Not sure how to attach images as I’m on my phone. Will post some once I go inside.
Hey y’all, just stopping by to say hi. Former jeep freak (88 YJ & 97 ZJ both heavily modified) turned it down a bit to keep my wallet happier! Just picked up an ’03 660 grizz from a buddy for wicked deal. Let the mods and maintenance begin. Anyone in my area feel free to PM me with any upcoming rides. Cheers justin.
I installed a PC5 with Autotune in my 2015 1000 XMR. The map I got with the PC5 is for an Outlander 1000 stock and 1 cylinder, no AFR table. I was going to use the AFR table from my 2011 800 xmr, but the new 2015 xmr is geared much lower, so I am always riding at a higher RPM then my 2011 800 xmr.
I have added a "Twin Air" Air Filter and a Big Gun EXO Series Slip On exhaust.
Does anyone have a map created for two cylinders with the Target AFR?
What are my other options, use the stock map and set up Auto Tune for 13.1 across the table?
I have attached photos from what I am currently using in the PC5. It is the stock Outlander 1000 map and a modified AFR table from very generic suggestions from Dynojet. These tables represent about 4 to 5 hours of riding and letting autotune collect data. I accepted 2 different trims in these two fuel tables.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Todd
I have been lurking as a guest while I shopped for an ATV for my wife, learning as much from this site as possible. We ended up getting a 2014 Grizzy 450 EPS in red for her last Monday. She hasn’t ridden before , and in the little bit she has this week she has really begun to enjoy it. It is basically stock, but I added the Yamaha/ Warn winch to it. I was surprised on how natural the EPS on it felt, and I am kind of wishing I had it too!
I have a 2014 Arctic Cat 500 ( I know, not the most popular choice on a Griz forum right?) that I also just bought. I had a Blaster and a Banshee long ago, and have been without ATV’s for about 15 years. We are headed to Utah in June to go mountain biking and riding the atvs for a couple weeks, which will be a ton of fun.
So yesterday I decided to see if my 9 month old granddaughter would like sitting on her first 4 wheeler, her siblings discarded 6 volt Yamaha now that they moved on to the 12 volt Raptor. To my surprise she didn’t mind, but when she is ready to ride the blanky must go because she needs two hands on the bars. lol
