So i was thinking of buying a craftsman 19.2 volt wireless tire inflator to keep in my rzr for flats out in the desert when im far from camp, i always keep plug kits but no on board air. What are some of the things you guys use to air up when not at camp? My tundra has an on board viair system for my bags with tank and quick connects for air. What are the best small battery powered air pumps? I would only need to pump 10-12 psi. Ive heard some cant fill a regular size tire which is fine. Since a sxs tire is small. Thanks for any and all replys!
Question, when I put front brakes on my 2013 sportsman 850 it’s pretty simple. I tighten the allen wrench bolt until the rotors don’t turn, then I back off on the bolt until the rotors rotate freely. I have noticed that I have been going through brakes in 100 miles or less, now I have to be honest, I was buying the cheap ones that were going for about $11.00 total. I now have installed the more expensive ones that run about $50.00 and will see how this works out. Am I missing something? Am I adjusting the allen wrench bolt correctly? Thank you.
I have been using the aftermarket u joints in my prop shaft. How u guys greasing them? I cant get the tip of the grease gun in between the yoke to get them. The tip of the gun is to thick. I have tried the needle attachment but the grease just comes out around the needle.
Anyone tell what I need to make my MSA M20 wheels I had on my RZR 570 and XP 850? I can’t find a thin walled socket to fit in rim for the 12mm studs. Does anyone make a longer nut or different nut? What are my options or will they just not work on it?

I had mine for a year, and my biggest frustration about my polaris 570 efi is the battery location. I have to pay someone every time I have to install it–which happens a lot. I keep the battery tender disconnected for 1 night and the thing won’t start. I really regret buying this piece of junk. It’s almost impossible to get to even tightening the nut to secure the leads on the battery without practically dissecting the vehicle. Does anyone else have this frustration? I knew I shoulda bought a Honda or Yamaha. This is ridiculous. Thanks Polaris for thinking of the end user.
My wife has a 2013 LE 570 that has a 2" High Lifter kit and we removed the sway bars. We currently have 26" MudLites on the 570, but are looking at temporarily replacing the tires when we leave Alaska this fall for a multi- Western states tour. We have way to much time on muddy Alaskan trails and are looking forward to some dryer riding.
We are in our mid 60’s and have had enough ATV thrills during years of hunting trips. So, I am thinking about getting some tires that are all the same size, maybe some Big Horn original 26x9x12 tires with a spare. We want to be able to ride 50" trails. We travel slow and just want to see some new country. Or should I just go with the MudLites I have since we won’t be using the tires forever?
