Fuel types and boost levels

I have a 2014 Rzr xp 1000, ordering a boondockers turbo kit and going to do all internal engine mods ( cams, pistons, rods and so on). And my questions are how much boost can I run on pump gas and what it would be on race fuel and what octane fuel I should get?

what size wheels and tires are these…..

i know the wheels are motorsport alloy M21’s. going to guess they are 14×7? as for the tires i can’t tell. really like how it still has the fat tires in the back even on a 7” wheel and skinnies in the front. anybody know who this machine belongs too? found this pic on google. exact stance i want on mine!

Material to fill void in broken fender??

My left rear fender is cracked and has a void where material is missing. I’ve read on here a few different ways to fix the cracks, but I was wondering if anyone found a convenient material to use to fill the void where plastic is missing? The machine is too old to find replacement plastics and I probably wouldn’t want to spend the money on a unit this old.

rear differential, anything to upgrade?

I just broke a rear axle(the shaft broke) and installed a complete HD cv alxe, I will do the same on the other side soon. so now I’m thinking if I should upgrade anything else than the axles on the rear drivetrain or if the diff etc is ”ok”?

because on on front for examble I was breaking cv joints, installed some HD ones and then broke the pignon cover which made the pignon and ring gear broke, installed a HD pignon cover and now I need to reinforce the diff mount on the frame as its craking in several places

power loss, low compression

Anyone know the psi and method for getting it? Seems like i read 225 psi is about right with efi butterflies open. I turned on ignition and could hear butterflies open and close with throttle pedal so i assume i was getting a proper reading by holding it open and cranking. Am i missing something? Is there a decompression device i dont know about? I am only getting 155 and 160 psi.

I realized it was a loss if power issue after talking to todd at hunterworks thinking it was a clutching issue. I had just put in a new primary and transferred the dalton stuff over to the new one, but could not get it to hit rev limiter even when taking all the weights out of arms. I checked intake ducts and they had a very slight amount of dust in them, so that is probably the culprit (k and n filter- yeah i know, i didnt listen)
sounds like big bore kit time?

Adding shims with stock secondary spring question

Recently added a set of 28" mega mayhems to my grizz and needless to say they sucked out a lot of power. Need to do something to combat this but can’t go for a machined clutch at the moment so I was thinking of adding shims, probably 1.0mm, but was wondering if it was completely necessary to change out the secondary spring for a stiffer one.

Any insight would be appreciated, Cody
