Correct lug nut thread pitch 2013 Sportsman 500 H.O.

Hey guys i just purchased a set of wheels and tires from Discount Tire Direct. Everything is good and came very fast but they sent me 10×1.25 lug nuts and they did not work. Before i call them back to fix this what is the correct size? Should i of gotten 3/8 lug nuts? My quad is a 2013 Polaris Sportsman 500 H.O.

Thanks in advance.

2007 Trailboss 330 Oil Cooling Fan

Newbie here. First time so be gentle.
Oil cooler fan and light is on all the time. Checked thermistor and it has unusually high readings>264k ohms at 70 degrees. Service manual states over 50K shows open. Trying to find replacement 4010934 and Polaris has discontinued it. They recommend a modification of new thermistor-4012510, new oil cooler and fan shroud. Over $500 bucks! My question is has anyone come up with something else and would the superceded thermistor fit the old oil cooler?
Thanks

Riding with beverages

Disclaimer: I do not intend nor want this thread to be controversial or a debate or a screaming match, I’m looking for information only and am not condoning nor encouraging anyone to break any laws.

I’m trying to find a way to ride the trails with a cooler and ice with cans of soda, but in a way that they don’t get thrashed around and bust open. I pack them as well as possible but as the ice melts it causes the cans to get destroyed and a huge mess.

What do you guys do? Only solution I can think of is freezer packs, but they seem to get warmer faster.

Upgrades or trade in?

So I got my youngest 8 turning 9 a 2015 RZR 170 …. Over all love it… Nice enough power for him even with my wife with him (she is only 5′ and 100 #’s)…. After a few times out it is clear that it needs several upgrades to be able to ride on even easy trails… Biggest issue is ground clearance…. Only way to not get stuck was to ride the high side of all turns and ruts… My wife can get thru most but way to hard to drive for the little one….he took my older sons ace for a bit with no problem…. So where do I go from here?

1) dump $1-2k into the 170 so can get thru trails but will not be able to take on any difficult trails?
2) trade on RZR 570?
3) trade on RZR 900 trail?
4) trade on Artic Cat Wild Cat Trail…. About same price as 570?

Looking for some help and thoughts… Been going around in circles trying to debate best move…

Securing trailer at trailhead/staging..

Typically I have driven my UTV or dirt sport to trail and never had to worry about trailering.

Now, I have a trailer that I built. I’m looking for some suggestions on the best ways and/or cheap ways of securing your trailer at the trailhead/staging areas?

I know the old saying, "if they want it, they’ll get it." But, I want to make it harder for them…

What are some of the ways to secure it on the trail? What are some ways to secure it if you have to park it overnight somewhere?

Thanks again!
