So I wanted to take a look and see how my belt was on my 14 sportsman 400 ho and cleaned the gasket, the inner and outer plastic for the clutch cover and went to put it back on and I have a gap in one corner of the cover. The rest of the cover is tight with the gasket and did a water test and nothing was coming out of the drain hole. Is this normal? I just don’t wanna be seat deep in water and have to worry about my clutch getting wet. Can I just throw some silicone in there to seal it up?
I need some help here fellas. The rear shock on my 03 Recon is OK, but the spring is way weak and it darn near bottoms out when I sit on it. The quad has sort of a Cali lean when sitting on level ground instead of the proper slight forward rake also. Will a 300ex shock bolt on my Recon? I have come across a few threads that lead me to believe so, but I’d love some conformation or real world experience. I have also heard of folks using Rancher shocks? Not looking for a lot of lift, just a little and a stiffer spring.
I know, I could get a bigger quad and not have issues, but the Recon is what I own, it is all the machine I need, and I’ve taken it places the guys with the big quads couldn’t go simply due to how maneuverable it is. I also find it a blast to ride, and the 250 is darn near bulletproof with proper maintenance, which I give it. Even with my 6′ 275 lb carcass riding it, the thing never lacks power. It’s perfectly suited to how I ride, I just need to do something about the rear suspension.

I removed the secondary to clean it and it came apart quite quickly and I didn’t see which holes the print were in. There is no wear marks or anything to tell where it was set. Any information is appreciated on the proper reassembly. Thanks
Wanting to add a little meat to the rear lower a arms where the shocks mount up? Well now you can quickly and easily. The UTV INC rear lower shock gusset will wrap around the bottom shock bolt to provide extra strength for those who need it.
need some help with a trail boss 250 4×4. my friend lost his key and unplugged the ignition to bypass it so he could ride home. He did not write down where he had unplugged it from or take pictures. I bought a new ignition on ebay for him as he is older and not very mechanical or computer literate. I do not know where it plugs in as there are many empty spots for tne spade connectors to go. Does anyone have a picture or a diagram of where the four wires plug in to the bus on the left side under the gas tank cover? thanks in advance.

Hey guys. We are now planning on heading to Burning Rock ATV park near Beckley, WV next weekend (May 1st). They have over 100 miles of trails and look much more suitable for RZRs than Elkhorn Lake did.
Has anyone been before? How strict are the rules? Night riding? Several boys in our group are 12-14 and ride full size ATVs. Do they enforce that?
I am installing demon hd axles in my 2013 Polaris sportsman 800 efi. Just curious if I need to shave the aluminium front struts for clearance as I am also puting a set of highlifter springs in. I have one side in. But the clearance seems kinda close. Just want to be sure. Any help on this would be awesome. Thanks in advance.
