So I had to torch out the pivot bolt awhile back and tear the whole quad down. Got it painted. Well I got the swing arm back and the new bolt spacers etc and think it may be messed up. Anyone have a pic of their stock swingarm hole or input. Does it have a lip inside it?

Yes I am trying to remove the rear brake pads on my rancher 420 AT the one with irs and the rear disc brake and couldn’t find any videos. Any ideas? I have to have it fixed by the end of the week for a ride I’m going on. Thanks

I have a 2004 rubicon bought new in 2005 from the get go the brakes seem like they have no grabbing power, plenty of pad left only 800 miles aprox on it
It is not a thing that has gotten worse over time and dealer was like that’s the way they are

would scuffing rotors or getting some other pads work better?

Trying to replace my rear pads, when I go to compress the piston it doesn’t budge. Anyone have any insight of what I’m doing wrong?

I have a 2003 Foreman 450 ES, and the front breaks are driving me nuts. If you pull the break lever one time it goes straight back to handle with no pressure, not working at all. If you pump the lever quickly 3 or 4 time pressure builds up and they are rock solid and work great until you release the handle, so I have to pump the handle a few times each time I break. I replaced the pads and got a vacuum bleeder and bled them, but no change, still doing same thing. any ideas?

Front breaks are stock drums.

I replaced pads but there’s a plate on the side of my brake caliper that has a thin metal finger bracket on it (looks like some setting) and the plate is in the way of allowing me to get the pads over the rotor. I did replace the rotor with a brand new one as well..the plate looks like it can be adjusted but not sure what it does and if it can be adjusted? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

The SuperATV site (and several forum posts here) make it seem like this kit will work on all Honda ATVs. It didn’t ‘work for my 1991 Honda Fourtrax TRX300 FW.

ok ive been looking around, and im wondering if there is a way to convert my 300 2wd to irs rear? an also i wanna know if there is a disc brake swap for the front? it seems like 4wd is the one gettin all the attention and mods, but i found this 2wd in mint cond, has less than 100hrs on it, so im stickn with it
