I just traded for a 2004 Can Am Outlander 400cc 4×4 for my banshee. It was a good deal because the only problem with the can am was that the carb was off and needed to be installed back on. I traded with the guy and installed the carb but it will still NOT start. All lights work, spark plug has spark, and the ATV it will crank but will never start. I looked through and found that the gas from the tank is not making it up the fuel pump. After I replaced the fuel pump, it still won’t crank and gas still isn’t going to the pump. I ran gas through the carb itself too try and fire it up but no luck…
The guy said it sat for awhile so i already cleaned the carb. Could it be the old gas? I already replaced the fuel tubbing and I don’t see how the old gas would affect it moving through tubes. Should I try putting in new gas?
Couple weekends ago I bend my rear rim pretty bad so I figured I might as well buy new ones! Got some STI HD3’s. They look good with the camo! Still stock tires, new ones will be coming pretty soon! What are your guys’ thoughts?
I just picked up a Sportsman 300 for my son and have a few questions. What kind / size tires should I get for him. We trail ride mostly with occasional mud. Well he loves mud. Also do they make A-arm guards for the 300. Do they have a bumper for the front of the quad. This is our first Polaris and I am not familiar with this brand. Thank you!
