Well guys this Sunday I’m going up to Atoka, Oklahoma to meet a guy to buy my rancher! It is a 2013 rancher 420 4×4 at irs. It has power steering also! It only has 53 hours on it, the guy bought a project car and needs cash so he is getting rid of this atv. I’m paying 3600 bucks for it. Everything is mechanically sound, there isn’t been any staining on the engine! Here is a picture.

Anybody have tips for good break-in on a scrambler?
I just bought a 2015 scrambler 1000 and was wondering if anybody had any tips for a smooth break-in period.
So far i was told to:
Not hold one steady throttle position for too long, vary it.
Don’t go WOT yet.
I’ve already ran it for 15 minutes then let it cool down to seat the rings or something along those lines.
I’ll change the oil after the 25 hour break-in.
Dealer said to use always use low gear unless necessary to use high gear.

I also bought a Polaris 2500 display model winch for $100. The bracket isn’t for mine but we can fab one for it. Hell of a deal though.
1999 scrambler help
Local deal for a 99 Polaris scrambler 400 for $400 I am considering. It says quad ran great but now has crack or nickel size hole in right case under carb. Is this that big of a deal? Repair costs? Are these good reliable quads, are they auto and 4×4? Any help is great

Newbie with a Scrambler 1000!
New to the forum and so far enjoyed reading all the great information everyone has posted about our Polaris.
i bought a 2015 scrambler 1000 and have just 1 hour on it. We are going tomorrow to putt around some trails to break-in. My friend bought a 2015 Ranger crew 900 i white lighting color, kinda matches the scrambler.

Gibson dual exhaust along with what?
I think I am pretty set on the gibson dually exhaust for my 2014 1000 and am looking to see if a sponsor on here is selling them. Any idea?
Also what upgrade would you recommend along with the exhaust, a certain programmer or fuel controller perhaps?
