Help—overheating!
I have a 2010 RZR S that keeps overheating. I have replaced the thermostat (yes right direction), radiator cap, overflow hoses, made sure all the air is purged and installed a fan override switch. It still overheats and blows coolant out the overflow reservoir. The Rally on the Rocks starts in a few days and I’ve got very little time/patience left to fix this. My radiator fins are spotless, fluid is new. I will try replacing the water pump impeller today. Any other ideas?

04 Sportsman 400 Mid-Range Stumble after carb clean
So like a month ago, I cleaned the carb on my yellow 400. Nothing was changed, just cleaned. Slide moves freely. When I reinstalled it, it had a wicked stumble around 3500 RPM. I dropped the needle 4 settings and it helped, but it still did it. I cleaned the air filter, and it does it even less. Am I on the right track? It sounds like it hits rev limiter, then it’ll rev up. Most of the time it’ll run fine now but it’ll still stumble 20% of the time.
Did anyone else know Polaris makes ambulances???

Ok, my sportsman 600 is getting to the point that I may roll it into a creek and forget about it. I am looking at new machines and I have been leaning towards a 570. How would it compare to the 600? Is it a good machine? it seems way under priced compared to some other machines. I have started looking at Kawasaki’s and Suzuki’s. What is everyone’s input??
2013 RZR 800s transmission
This is a transmission from a 2013 RZR 800s . Has about 1600 miles on it. reason for selling is I broke the rear end and when I replaced it I got a deal on the whole thing including a new transmission. It is in good working order and had the oil changed in it 3 times in the 1600 miles. Ship on your dime.

Little bit about myself, My name is Andrew. I love to play in the mud, play golf and bust my ass working. I live in NC.
So, Just purchased a 2009 RZR 800 Trail. Took it out to Busco Down in Goldsboro while I was home on leave. Had a blast. Currently I am deployed to Egypt. So I am throwing money at it while I can, instead of fixing broke stuff. lol Any advice on what mods should come its already snorkeled, Lift Springs, Gorilla Axles in the Rear, Stereo, Cabin Heater, Windshield Wiper. Currently I am looking at tires, arched a arms (seems the market is small for these?) and looking to add a three inches of lift. Id like to run 29.5" or 30"s but I know I should probably do the Clutch that. Like I said I am new to the world any help would be greatly appreciated.:rofl3:
