Having a bad mechanical problem that no one can figure out

I’d really appreciate any help/suggestions you have on this.

Rzr 1000 XP with only about 30 hours on it. Did the proper break-in and got the fluids changed. Haven’t done anything to damage it like jumps, etc.

While on the dunes, the engine is cutting out or something which causes a loss of power. It’s gotten so bad that we can no longer use the vehicle.

The dealer cannot duplicate the problem or find anything wrong. Polaris is being no help and has pointed out that our 6 month warrantee expired before we even got on the dunes for the first time.

Luckily, we had GoPro’s running on all rides and made a video of the problem. Showed it to the dealer and to Polaris. Nothing.

Stator troubles

I have a 2007 Sportsman 500X2 EFI that I changed the stator in. I put in an aftermarket one as it was $300 bucks cheaper than a factory one, the problem now is hat it only runs for about 5-7 minutes then dies without a fault showing on the cluster. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Brakes frozen after pad replacement

I replaced my pads on my 1995 Magnum today. Thinking this was as simple as doing car brakes…I pulled the retaining hex screw…disconnected the mounting bracket….with the master cylinder cap off I used a c clamp to push the piston back in and changed the pads….did the same on the other side.
When I pumped the handle afterwards the pistons became rock hard and wont release now? I never broke the brake lines so I wouldn’t think they would need bleeding? Any ideas whats going on? I did notice a little round filter like disc in the master cylinder not connected to anything?
