PO’ed at dealer

I had to take my RZR 1000 in for some repair under warranty. Everything was covered no problem (RPM). They call say it’s ready. Head down to pick it up, look over it a little. I notice they had pulled my seat belts apart at the adjuster, no big deal I can just weave it back in. They didn’t tuck my wires back under the top like they were. I can re-do them no biggie. They didn’t cut the zipty’s flush on about half of them some had almost a half inch tail. Those things will cut the crap out of you( if you don’t have cutters twist them off flush). I get it home looking alittle close missing a couple bolts one in the belt cover and one on the skid. One more the intake tube for the CVT fell off at the cover.

I was going to fix the stuff myself but, why should I ? If they never see it and I don’t say anything then there was never a problem.

2001 Magnum 4 X 4 Front Hub Seal?

Hello,

Last season I removed the front hubs & spindle / strut assys. on a "new to me" 2001 Magnum 4 X 4 so that I could inspect the bearings for a piece of mind.

All parts were thoroughly cleaned & found to be good condition. The seal wear sleeves on the spindle / strut assys. were also in good condition(no grooves) so I just reassembled everything using new seals(hub & axle both). The seal lips were lubed & bearings set properly during installation. Hubs were re-filled with Polaris Demand Drive fluid to the 4 / 8 o’clock position.

I took it out for multiple rides last fall with no issues but after the first ride this season, I noticed a puddle of hub oil on floor beside the tire. The oil is clearly coming from the wheel hub seal – item # 3 shown below.

I haven’t disassembled yet to inspect what has caused the leak but I thought I’d drop a quick post to see if there are any special tricks on these front ends that I may have been missed during the assy. stage? BTW, I used parts from the dealer, which were CR seals IIRC?

Thanks in advance,

Glen

Valve adjustments

Went to the dealer to see how much they would give me for trade in. They asked me if I ever adjusted the valves? I said I never have.
So are we suppose to adjust the valves? If so how often? I have 1,400 miles on mine and never adjusted the valves.

Please help Auto-tune questions

I am trying to use the auto tune but it does not seem to be working correctly.
It is selected in the configuration menu and is reading afr but in the bottom where it says auto tune it is not lit up. also the trim menu shows no corrections and the get table button is not activated.
