Ive got a 2014 rzr xp 900 with only 75 miles i had a code today of 0520231 with a 7 under it, i started it up for the first time today and when i took off, it died and the check engine light came on, i started it again and the same thing happened, i started it the next time and it ran fine ,but that trouble code was set.
Drive clutch needs replacement
Hello everybody,
Pulled the clutch on the 04.5 500 today to clean it off and check up on things, and make sure the gates belt was the right part number.
It has about 5 cracks in the outer sheave and needs to be replaced.
If this were my machine I would already have one ordered from Ridinagain, however my father is not one to spend the extra money like that for a superior product.
Having said that, what is my best option? Seeing how you can not know exactly what an item on eBay will turn out to be, are there any good sellers for this kind of an item? Are the Niche Cycle replacement ones off eBay any good?
Could really use some guidance on this, leaving on a big trip on the 4th so not to much time to mess around.

08 4 wheel drive issues
I was messing around on my 500 HO the other night and switched into DCA 4×4 and got some nasty noise and vibration on deceleration, but do not have this happen in regular 4 wheel. I was thinking it was probably the cage but I am not sure as it is only doing it in DCA. Any help would be appreciated.

water pump seal install error
I just installed a new water pump seal and oil seal on my 2010 outlander and after I took it for a test run I noticed it is now leaking oil from the weep hole tube. I question is which wY does the oil seal insert over the pump shaft. There is a a closed end and and open end on the seal?? Maybe I put it in backwards?
Removing cv axle with slide hammer?
I have a 14 Rzr 1000. I have seen many posts on the best way to get the cup out of the diff is to use a slide hammer with a pilot bearing removal attachment. Can anyone tell me what size slide hammer is the best and what size pilot bearing removal attachment is best? Have some Amazon gift cards so I’m hoping to find a good kit on there but I have never used a slide hammer. Any help would be appreciated!!
Throttle issue / backfire / bog
Was out riding this weekend , ran into an issue with my 1000 , once and awhile when I would drive into abit of a hole with water mud , and I’d hit the throttle to water wheelie , my quad began back firing /popping with some loss of power… Only did it sometimes when I was in the water , I was told to take apart all my electrical plugs and put dielectric grease in them ? Quads a 2014 outlander 1000 , any opinions to what’s going on ? It’s got a 2" lift , 29.5" outlaws , looney tuned slip on , run premium fuel and synthetic oils any help appreciated !

I’m looking for a windbreak/rear net for my 2014 900. The only one I can find is the Racing style with 2" x 2" squares. I know Can-am makes one that is mesh almost like a screen door. Do they make one for Polaris that anyone knows about…. Please advise
