I’m still researching whether to go with a rzr 570 eps or a base 900. Does the 570 eps come with an adjustable driver seat. I am pretty sure the base 900 does not. It will be an issue for my wife and me. I’m 5’11" and she’s 5 feet tall. Also are seat sliders available in the after market. If so what do they cost?
Howdy all! Went out today to find a puddle of brake fluid on the driver side rear. Cleaned it well and drove it around to find more fluid coming out the small boot around the bottom pin of the caliper. Obviously I have a bad seal but I don’t know which parts to order for the job. I pulled up the parts schematic and saw there’s the piston, seal kit. Is that what I need to stop the leak? Also saw the pin seal boots top and bottom and a couple ring or washers, can’t remember. If anybody has tackled this job before, please let me know which parts I need to order and any tips to make the job as painless as possible. Thanks
i’ve done some searching and couldn’t find any results for an 800 (our weight class) Is there a recommended pressure for Mudlites for mixed trail riding. I’ve only had it a couple months but they look overly inflated compared to other rigs I see out on the trail. Is this a preference thing? And how low is too low…my trails have a mix of rocks , sand and mud with hard pack in between (these are 28"X11.5 R. 28"x9.5 F

My 09 has about 500 miles on her, and while building my house it got left in a wicked rain storm for 3 days(due to no house). After this the the battery was dead, after charging the the battery we discovered the fan would not turn off, with the key on or off,(and it ran rough) so that’s what killed the battery. I switched around relays and that didn’t help. So I took it into the dealer for diagnoses and they told me it was just a relay, which I found strange since I switched it but when I picked it up sure enough the rough idle was gone and my fan was working. I told them to throw in a new battery since it was 5 years old already. Anyways, it seems to run fine but if left in the garage for a few weeks without running it won’t even attemp to start. I charged the battery and began to try and find a leakage.with the key off, When I remove the ground and touch the ground back to the battery there was a small arc which to me indicates a current draw. So I put my amp meter in line and I get a small draw but the it disappears within a second and everything seems fine. So I started pulling fuses and relays to see if I could eliminate this arc. Anyways so when I pulled the 10a unfused switch fuse the small arc disappeared. So now I’m lost where to go from here any ideas or diagrams anyone could share? Also any idea why I get a arc only when I first attach the ground but yet have to current reading? Thanks.
So I went for a ride the other weekend. Started losing power like crazy, overheating slightly (220 was highest it got), limped it back to the shop, found a crack in the resonator on the intake. I was doing a bit of mud bogging so needless to say I sucked up some stuff into the intake. Air filter was a big block of mud after. I changed the oil (which looked fine, but figured I’d change it anyway), changed the spark plugs (slightly carboned up, but not too bad), new air filter, oil filter, cleaned out everything the best I could with a shop vac/compressed air, cleaned out the fuel injector thing (not sure what it’s called… sits ontop of the airbox and has a hose going to the bottom of the airbox, and two that go to the injectors… the hose between the unit itself and the airbox did have mud in it)… still can’t get it going. It will start, idle about 15-20 seconds and die, or even sooner if I give it gas. I’m getting what appears to be exhaust out of my intake, and out of the breather tube coming from my oil resevroir. Can anyone give me any insight here? Has anyone experienced anything like this? I appreciate any help, thanks!
Hello all, just wanted to make a post to hopefully save some people some money, and i was unable to find a post before.
My 1999 Foreman’s angle sensor sells for approx $56 on ebay the part number is 38800-HN0-A11 for the OEM
Well on ebay you can pickup one with the part number 38800-HR3-A21 for $25 and it does work. My ES works just fine with it and my wallet is a little happier.
Just thought id share as it seems like the angle sensors are usually a problem.
I believe it also works on 02-04 BUT i make no promises there.
Carolina Adventure World is having a night ride this coming weekend so maybe ill see some shining faces?
I recently just purchased the new 30" Tensor Tires and added the Method 14" beadlocks as well to my 2015 Xp 1000.
I just did 95 miles in Barstow today and these Tensor Tires blew me away. The side wall is thick so you don’t feel the tire rolling over like the stock bighorns. Tread pattern is super aggressive and all around a great ride that definitely improves the handling and drivability of the 1000. As you know Barstow is super rocky and rough. I threw everything I had at them and tires still look new. I have drove many XP 1000 with different tire combinations and I can honestly say these were hands down the best.
