Need help!! Was riding my 2007 Honda 420 2wd when in 3rd gear the rear wheels locked up and now won’t gear down pass 3rd even when "rocking" it, it won’t, but will gear up to 5th. What might be the problem? It’s the feet shift. Thanks

I have an 08 800 outty, I just had the ecm reflashed a few weeks ago and had the PC5 dyno tuned this past Saturday.when I left there it was running perfect.
The next morning I went to unload it off the trailer and the dashlights started blinking, the gear indicator was showing park instead of neutral and it wouldn’t turn over. I cycled the key a few times and it went back to normal and started right up. Now it won’t do anything, dashlights are blinking, showing wrong gear and the fuel pump isn’t priming.
Any have this problem before?

Replacing valve seals
Ok finally got back to the project: my 88 trx 300a. I removed the rocker cover, and used an adjustable spring compressor to get the keepers out. Removed the valve seals. Now I need to get some new ones. The guides feel good and tight. I stopped by the local mega dealership. There is no gasket for the rocker cover. What do you all use? Honda bond? Whats an equivalent? Also the adjusting covers had to come off to get the bolts unscrewed from the cover. Those gaskets are listed at $31.00 each !!

Hi every one. I am from NW Oregon. And I just got my first ever ATV. It is a 1985 Trail Boss. Sorry to say, it looks like I am out of my knowledge area. So will be asking a lot of questions. like, first, It starts easy… but that’s it, IT WONT MOVE. in reverse or forward. I just sit there looking like a dork revving it waiting for it to move.:chairfall: What could I be doing wrong? lol. I have rode many Bikes, but they had clutches and twist for gas. anyways wish all the 1985 Trail Boss info would be in one place. well thanks for being here and looking forward to fixing this ATV up.

So I have taken the old girl apart to replace the gas float to stop the gauge from blinking and I found a plugin with nothing connected. I have attached a picture. Nothing there before just wondering what it is for…..
