New Outty on the way!

Hey guys,

Finally took the plung. Massive upgrade from a 700 mud pro to a 2015 Outlander 1000 XT.

Couple questions though:

Dealer is installing BRP Rad relocate, but what does everyone recommend for snorkels (ya i know this is probably beat to death). Looking at Snorkel Your ATV?

What size spring spacers are needed to fit 29.5" Outlaws (skinny/wide)? Would I need wheel spacers as well for these?

Also, what’s everyone’s choice for exhaust? (Yes i know again…probably beat to death).

Thanks ahead for any input.

Want to Buy a Few Products, Have Questions…

Hello, got a few questions if you can help me out….

I want to buy a set of your full doors for the 2015 1000 4 seater, but are you offering graphic kits for the Limited Edition White Lightning yet?

Also, with your roof kits, what full windshields do you know will work with them?

Thanks!

I’m Official now…

Just picked up my first 4 wheeler. It’s a 2005 Foreman 500 es 4×4. It’s nothing fancy at all, green with black wheels and 27" tires. The guy that had it is the 2nd owner and he bought it from a friend, and his girl friend works for my dentist so I think he’s a straight shooter. It does have a slight leak at the rear diff. But I’m hoping that will be easy to fix. It has a Warn winch with synthetic rope, don’t know how that will work out, but I don’t expect to use it much around the house anyway. I rode it and it shifted up and down with no problems so we’ll hope that won’t be an issue. When you buy used you pay the money and take your chances I guess, but for what I need it for I just couldn’t justify a new machine.
Wish me luck, LOL

Thanks to all the folks here that have answered my questions, I’m sure that I will have more.

Help needed!

I just replaced my belt on my 08 rzr 800 and went through a suggested break-in of running threw the all gears up and down through rpm range for 15 min then a 15 min break then repeated the process.

On my first ride on it after that I went out for a country cruise got it up to 45-50 mph in the course of a mile and a half or so then came to a stop sign. When I tried to go again nothing. It wouldn’t go forward in high or low. It would go into reverse but moved very slow in a very high rpm range. I then tried low again nothing. Then high nothing. Back to reverse same result as before. Then tried high again and it took off. Any ideas on what could cause this? Is my clutch screwed up?

A little help needed

Hey everyone I took my new to me 2010 RZR800 out for my first trail ride today. Learned a few things, like tires are too big, clutching is off, suspension is too soft…..

But here’s the one I’m asking for help with, at the beginning of the ride the battery light kept flashing from time to time. It was about 40 out and I hadn’t had this on the trickle charger for a bit. Anyway it eventually went away or I was having too much fun to notice but at the end of the day I noticed while decending some monster ski hills that the tach was reading 0 and the idle was pretty low.

I’m an old school guy so these are new to me, please point me in the right direction.

Thanks RZR masters 🙂
