I have been searching online and can’t seem to find what I am looking for. So I’m just going to ask.
I have a 14′ Rancher 4×4 manual shift.
On the drive shaft or final drive, what comes out of motor and connects to the differential. The black shaft has a round piece that looks to be press fitted to cover the seals/connect into the differential. It’s not the black boot that covers the connection at the motor.
This week that round piece has come loose and is just spinning on the shaft. I can’t find a lock screw or anything to hold it in place.
Installing a clutch kit and the outer half of the clutch will not pull off the shaft. Is there a trick do I need to remove the belt it will move about a quarter inch but won’t come off
I currently got the get torqued dominators and wanting to change it up a little. Has anyone ran a Ron woods on a 1000 before? Or lte? Looking to get an exhaust that you don’t see out there more. Let’s hear your options!
Hey yall. I’ve been riding a rancher 420, sold it to go to IRS foreman, these bad boys started catching my eye more and more while I was saving my change. So instead of the foreman when it came time to buy I purchased a 2016 outlander 850XT brushed aluminum. I love it so far. I only have 3.5 hrs on it so far, picked it up last firday trying to get 10 on it before I go to black mountain on the 16th. Anyways this thing is a beast. Look forward to relating with all yall.:clapsmilie:

Hey guys, my quad is going to need rings so im going to freshen up the whole top end. I was thinking of a 10:1 Wiseco piston or maybe a 416 big bore? I’m going to see if i need any boring or if i can get away with honing it my self (Fingers crossed), What do you guys think would be better? I ride a-lot of trails and sand pits i want something reliable. Give me your opinion.
I have a 2009 grizzly 700 … while on a ride the power steering would cut out and fight when trying to turn left I stopped the bike and shut it off and then turned the bars back and forth … when I started up again and continued rideing there was no further problems .. anyone have any idea what caused this thanks
