Problems filling rad relocate

So I was servicing my 2013 renegade 800 and decided to take the rad off and clean it. While it was off I rerouted some hoses on my rad relocate and put it back together. I installed a T at the top for ease of filling and still had problems with getting air out of the system. I know there is threads about it but has anyone found a easy way to fill them and get all the air out?

Powermadd Handguards Installed -850 Scrambler

So… I picked up a 2015 Scrambler 850 a few weeks back. Ordered the Polaris handguard kit with it. My last quad (DS450) had handguards and I fell in love with having them on a quad. Great idea.

The Polaris ones look nice, but that’s about as far as it goes for me. I am less than impressed. Totally dislike how they mount directly to the brake and throttle controls. This limits where you can position the handguards, i.e. the handguard cannot rotate independent of the controls. Maybe I’m being picky, but just didn’t like it.

Ordered up a set of Powermadd Star Series Handguards to replace them, part #34202 Red/Black. The red matches up to the Polaris Indy Red very well.

I also went with the #34252 ATV/MX Mount Kit. This worked well, with the "arm" part mounted above the handlebar.

Then to top things off, the #34253 Handwrap Kit was also added.

Installation took about 30 minutes and required basic tools and a drill/bit.

It’s a tight fit near the throttle cable, but it does work.

Only one pic right now, can post more if you’d like?

Anyone use a Denali plow?

When I sold my 11 700 it had a Tusk plow on it that I liked. Inexpensive, beefy and worked great. I thought I’d buy another for the 14 700, but it seems Rocky Mountain ATV is no longer offering these plows…So I went in search of something similar and found the Denali 50" plow kit. About the same price as the Tusk at $299 shipped for everything. Reviews are generally very good, but I wanted to see if anyone here has used them and could comment.

Link to plow. 3 year warranty and online reports of customer service has been very good.

Phoenix 200 shifting

I’m a bit mechanically challenged, I know just enough to be dangerous… anyways on my Phoenix 200 when I shift from R/N/F 2 things happen, and not all the time:
1. the N & R light are lit at the same time whether I am in N or R – doesn’t happen all the time, but better than 50%
2. when I shift from N to F or N to R I throttle, I get a clunk (engages the transmission after a second)… I have to feather the throttle to make the clutch engage, otherwise it will CLUNK into gear.

Question: do I just need to make an adjustment in my shift lever linkage?

note: I do notice that my rear tail light will flicker off and on when driving… not sure if that is tied into the issue, but may make me believe it could be an electrical issue?

any thoughts?

Tires and clutch combo

hello, I purchased a used 2012 rzr 800 a while ago and I notice that my tires look a little bigger than others. The fronts are 26x9x14 and rears are 26x11x14. I have 2"spacers and a lift. the front tires scrubbed the inner walls so I cut them out.
I read that going bigger and adding a after market filter and exhaust requires recalibration of the clutch.
I have a after market fiter and big gun slip on with mid pipe. I also have a big gun EFI controller on it. My question is, what clutch should I get to recalibrate all of this? on ebay I don’t see 26" tire clutch upgrade. I only see 27" and up. I wanted to stick with a kit close to the $177 dollar ones. any suggestions
