hi there Im new to this and have an issue with my atv starting if I use the pull cord the atv is great and never refuses to start however. when I push the electric start button the solinode just clicks. it has a brand new battery. new solionde . and new brushes in the starter its self I have a good earth to the engine. I have power at the starter when I push the starter button I have checked for broken wires and all ok look forward to hearing ideas
Master cylinder leak
As per title my master cylinder is leaking.
Polaris is wanting $300 for a new master cylinder and not offering any repair kits, imo they’re gouging.
I have the master cylinder out of the rzr and took it appart, it is a very basic cylinder and just needs 4 seals. Its a common Hayes 3/4" bore master cylinder.
Has any one manage to cross a seal kit from the automotive world that will work in this master cylinder. Thx for your help.

Temperature Fluctuating
Hey guys. I have a 2013 rzr 800 with about 1000km on it. Went for a ride yesterday, first time since last September. My temperature ran up to 105 deg and the engine light came on like it was over heating. Fan kicked on but wouldn’t drop the temperature. There is a rad relocate on the machine. Rad is very clean. Once I stopped moving the temperature drops real fast down to 20-50 deg. Then as I sat and idled I noticed the temp was going all over the place 20-90. Felt the hoses and rad itself and all felt fine, nothing too hot. There is lots of anti freeze in the system. I do not believe I have air in the system. I am thinking maybe stuck thermostat or possible temperature sensor. Any suggestions on where to look?

900XP SLP muffler install

I just installed my new SLP muffler and have a question regarding the hanging bracket.
On my stock muffler there are 2 bracket hangers that slide thru rubber grommets that are in the frame.
Now on the SLP there is only 1 braket hanger that is welded onto the left side of the muffler, and on the right is a bolt hole braket that lines up with the rubber grommet.
Does a bolt and nut need to be installed here or not. There seems to be an interference with the heat shield, and if adding a bolt/ nut wouldn’t that made it too ridgid?

front sway bar on rear of rzr 800
I am thinking of trying front swaybar on rear on my 800. I have been running with no swaybars. Thinking maybe the front on the rear would be a good compromise. I did not like RZR with the rear sway bar just to stiff and no articulation. I like the ride and articulation with no sway bars but at times a little less sway and roll would be good.
Is the front sway bar quite a bit less stiff than the rear or are they close.
Those who have been running the front on the rear is it working for you,

Anyone sell passenger grab handles for gas tank?
I want to take my little man out around the property with me, but he’s 4 and can’t reach the grab handles on the rear seat. ( Kimpex)
So, what I’m looking for is a supplier or ideas from here so he can sit in front of me and use a handle mounted to/around the gas tank area. I was thinking of a secure webbing with foam handles or gas tank bags that were secured at bottom and had integrated handles……… Show me what you got GC!!!
No I’m not going 60 MPH not even 30 with him, just want something safer than him between my arms. Yes he has his own helmet!!

Anti freeze
Can you run regular car anti freeze in a quad or not? Also manual says to bleed the system. Run with cap off for 5 mins, and when level drops top off system place cap back on and your done. I run till it starts circulating, and spitting out the top, but never see the level drop?
