1998 Foreman 450 crankshaft.

Tore top end off and found scored piston and cylinder. Connecting rod has a good amount of side to side play in it. From what I have read, this crankshaft and con rod are a single unit. Also read that 1998 – 2004 models use the same crank. Does anyone know where to find a good used one? Thanks.

turbo help osp or silber

I need some feed back on turbo kit. I came down to 2 kit, the osp and silber . My plan is to run at 6 to 8 pound of boost on stock engine. I spoke with both company but can not decide witch way to go!! I like osp for the reputation and I already purchased parts from them before with great results. on the silber kit I find its a more complete kit and more refined. My concern with silber is their customer support and the pre tuning of the fuel and timing . I have no problem to install those kits but I’m not good for tuning!! can you please give me your opinion on what to do thanks

87 trx250x battery and winch?

I have a 87 trx250x, is a kick start and had no battery. I bought a winch that I want to put on it but it needs to run off a battery due to the high amount of amps the winch takes to run. My question is, is it possible to install a battery on my quad, if so how would I go about it. Also the quad must charge the battery, otherwise it’s pretty much useless. Im talking about getting a battery and some sort of side unit for voltage regulation and just tap into the wires that run the lights to charge the battery maybe? Idk let me know. Thanks guys.
