Hey guys,

Looking to get another set of wheels and tires for a 2015 XP1000 What are the pro’s and con’s or advantages/disadvantages for bead lock rims vs. regular?

Also, who’s got the best prices?

Bobcat and 2 trx300 4×4’s!!!!!!!

Hey guys…Got a few projects! First is an old bobcat 642…The guy’s nephew smoked the wiring while he cranked the battery into the ground:r_c:Got it for a steal….

Also picked a ’91 and ’93 300fw…One "runs" the other seized the piston and grenaded the crank because the PO didn’t check the oil!$450 each….

Ok.. Total make over going on.. Have some Q’s for opinions..

Ok.. As I’ve posted before, I’m installing solid motor mounts.. Finding out the hard way that pulling the motor is how it has to be done.. If not and anyone else has done it with out pulling the motor please advise me how..

Anyway, I changed my through shaft seal, #1 will the front axle spin separately from the rear axle?
#2 I believe the front through shaft is bent slightly, I spin it and it looks like a slightly bent pool stick when you roll it across a table. So do I need to replace it? If so how complicated is it?
#3 how much play should the rear pinion have? When I had the seal out, I was able to move the pinion slightly up and down and in and out.. Does the bearing need replaced? The front pinion has zero play, that’s why I asked..
#4 if I can’t get the motor out.. Would just replacing the top motor mount with a solid one do the trick? I ask because the oem mount was completely broke.. When I to the nut off all 3 bolts for the mounts, I could move the in every direction.. That a sign that they’re all bad?

I want to kind of over haul my bike and do it as right as I can so in the future I have less issues.. Also figured I would because it completely apart..
If there’s anything else I should check/replace please let me know..

Thanks

opinons on hondamatic

Getting ready to buy a 2015 rubicon. I’m definitely getting power steering but can’t decide on the foot shift or auto. Will mostly be used around the house getting wood and plowing snow. I’m afraid of the transmission on the auto I would like to get your opinons on the hondamatic I have a 2005 foreman ES that I bought new it’s has had a hard live but has never let me down

real clutch kit resultes?

I have been reading all the post for clutch kit installs and how guys feel by the seat of their pants a difference. I’m not looking to hear who has the best kit out there just real before and after results they can tell me. Like if they raced a buddy with the same machine before and after and how much difference did it make. Anybody do an 1/8 mile before and after? I have been all over youtube looking also.

Turbo flutter, turbo questions

Hey guys I bought a used boondocker turbo kit that’s non intercooled and am running about 8psi, this turbo doesn’t make a single noise. Why is it that like a packard turbo kit makes the turbo flutter/bark sound when they dump out of the throttle and mine dosent? I know I know "it’s bad on the turbo" but I’m just curious that if maybe my intake has to much rubber hose and plastic involved or from the turbo to the throttle bodies has to much silicone elbows or rubber so it might be doing it I just can’t hear it. If I went to a k&n pod filter off the turbo with mostly hard pipe as well as replaced the turbo to throttle bodie side of things with more hard pipe would I hear that sound? The kit has a garrett turbo

The stock intake cover is used but with an aluminum back that notches around a separate intake plenum might not be able to see what I mean in the pictures
