Hey guys. So my buddy is going to build me a cage for my 900 XP. I took it over to his house and we took some measurements and stuff. We are going to do some trading, and he has 5 24" sticks of 1.75 .125 dom tubing. I ordered some cage bungs, but they were the old style and not the new style. I see now after searching that most go with .095, and some go with .120. I am worried now that .125 might be too much weight? I know the bungs could be bought for .120 and ground down a little to make them fit, but I can’t find any for .125. Just concerned, as I know nothing about this kind of stuff.

New to the forum, and relatively new to ATVing in general. I picked up my 2003 Sportsman 600 a couple of years ago, after it had been in storage for three and a half years. It was purchased new by a childhood friend, who died tragically in 2009. After several years of grief and healing, his widow was ready to let it go, and I felt compelled to buy it – needless to say, I LOVE it! ATVing suits me perfectly, and I regret not getting into it sooner! I live in Newfoundland, Canada – an outdoorsman’s paradise, and an ideal locale for ATV and snowmobile enthusiasts. Outside my door, Nature abounds, and it’s interlaced with a myriad of dedicated trails, logging and Hydro roads which give access to virtually the entire province. I hope the forum will allow me to network with like-minded individuals from Newfoundland, as well as others who might be interested in visiting the province for ATV adventures.
I got a set of used PA doors and do not have the hardware that attaches the little triangle side shield ( behind the door hinge)
Can anyone PM me a pic of those brackets that hold the panel to the tube bar.

Has anyone found any bumpers they really like for the 2014 newer Ranchers? I ride a lot in tight wooded trails and would like to get something to protect the front end better than the stock bumper.
