Axle popping out

Ok question for everyone. I have a commander with satv 6 inch lift. Rode it all day every thing did good. Suspension flexed great. Going home on flat paved road about 35 to 40 mph the rear axle pops out of the diff. Didn’t hit a bump or nothing. Font know why. Is the vent line not doing right and building pressure in the diff? To much oil? Springs set to tall for the lift? The inner cv joint was to hot to touch

What events for 2015?

New ATV – check.
Lots of upgrades – check.
New Toyhauler – check.
Truck decked out and ready to pull – check.
Scan of ATV scheduled for next week so we can pound out some cool products.

Now, what events do I need to attend this year?

Did the Windrock Jamboree last weekend.
Going to Busco Beach next weekend (may 2/3.)

We are in the Greenville, SC area, but can travel (obviously.)

What’s next for the calendar? Where and when are your favorite events? Which are the just for fun events and which are the ‘do not miss’ ones?

Hello

I am picking up a Crate Brushed Aluminum 1000 Outlander XT later this week, and I am looking forward to it!!
I had a few questions that I had posted on the Outlander Thread and hoping to complete my order before I pick it up..

Thanks Tim

Transmission help!

I have a 1985 trx125 that I just purchased. I had a mechanic look at it and he noticed that one or more of the transmission gears are ground down and the quad will not move. I did find a set of gears for a 1987 trx125. Can somebody tell me are these the same or do they have to be from 1985-86 years?

New Brushed Aluminum Owner Later This Week

Good Morning
~ So I am ready to spend some money and I want to be sure not to miss anything.. I am getting a New 1000cc based off of a friend that bought a new 800cc and it was awesome. However, I did feel it was my responsibility to up the cc’s cause it was available to me :yahoo:.
~ I have 2 Grizzly’s now (550 and 700cc’s 2009) and a 525 KTM EXC.
~ I have ordered a 4" front and Rear Rack Extensions and a bag for the front, along w OEM hand warmers.. The Machine will be used for work/hunting/play mostly in that order, I am satisfied w the add-on’s, but now I want to get add-on’s to protect it for years of service .. I need this baby to be a plug and play machine.
~ I am thinking you all love to spend other peoples money as I do, so please do tell.. What do I need as far as the best bang for the buck whether OEM equipment, or after market to make this monster more indestructible (cause I am hard on them)? :tools1:

Thanks Tim
