2013 rancher ES moose plow mount question.

I just bought a plow, puts tubes and mount off a Yamaha wolfereene for $75 knowing I would have to change the mount. Well in my search for a mount, all the mounts I see have a narrow slots to connect the push tubes to the mount.

The tubes I got are 1.5-2 inch wide and would not fit in the mount shown for the 13 rancher. Do I have change tubes also? Thoughts?

Thank you for any help.

89TRX 350D NO Key Switch Power ?

I gave up and took my TRX 350 D to the local Honda dealer to fix a no spark condition last fall. They found a bodged electrical "fix" when the PO installed a horn and license plate light, well after running great since then, after returning from a week away I went to start it, Nothing ? Battery reads over 12v on meter. When I turn key switch on, no lights at all ? It’s in neutral, headlight works fine, I checked connection at battery. When I parked it, it ran perfect ? This is a great little machine but the electrical issues are troubling. Thanks for any suggestions

Overheat lamp and limp mode

So Ive been stranded three times now with the XP850 kicking into limp mode due to temp. The bike does not overheat and is fine after about an hour sitting off.

I can ride the bike for an hour or so before it does it and normally happens when going through deep sand or struggling through something thick. The fan works, thermostat was replaced as was the temp sensor switch, I also replaced the fan. Im thinking it has to be electrical a breaker or fuse not cycling the fan enough or something. Water pump maybe? It is circulating fluid……so prob not. Plugged into computer for error codes and it shows nada! Dealer has no idea. I dont think there is any air in the system but it started doing this before it was taken apart for the thermo, and fan.

Anyone have any ideas?

No headlights

On our last trip to harlen ky my lights quit working the first day. Sometimes after hitting a bump or just out of nowhere they would work. Seems like they dont work at all anymore but it would take a while for them to work sometimes. I checked all the wire connections I could find and dont see any frayed wires. It was a pretty wet trip. I checked fuses up front and back by the battery. Any chance the key switch is bad and if so how do I test it.
It was also overheating alot. I washed the radiator and it seemed clean. It told me limp home a couple times. It didnt seem too hot to me. At time before it would make my legs red from heat and it never overheated then. Wondering if its possible that the issues are both related to electrical problem.
Thanks for any help
