I finally fully built my rzr 800 motor so I could be reliable and worry free on the trail. Trying to make everything perfect this go around. I have a dragonfire turbo kit. Which did not come with a intercooler! I live in va. So I do see occasional mud , should I go through the headache of adding a intercooler? Is it worth it? Max boost 10 psi! Under the bed their is no room really. So I would have to mount it up high ontop of bed
I’ve had the front and rear evolution bags on my grizzly for 6 months. I have them fully loaded with gear and tools. I use the front center compartment to store my helmet. I ride in all weather conditions snow, rain, mud hunting etc. They are holding up great. They are water resistant not water proof. They keep my gear dry but if you wash them with hose or pressure washer the constant water pressure will find it’s way in. All things considered they are a great addition to my atv.

I am wondering what the tubing size is on the ace roll cage. Is it the same as the Rzr. I am looking for some side mirrors and want to make sure they fit. Also on that same note anyone know tubing size on 2014 teryx. Thanks
Hello all, I’m new to form. I have a question regarding the clutch side crank seal for a 92 trail boss 250. The other day my sons trail boss locked up, turns out the rubber inner clutch cover sealing ring came off and wrapped around clutch. I popped clutch off and removed old sealing ring. I’m currently trying to locate a new one as its not available through Polaris. While I was in there, I noticed the crank seal seems to be installed backwards? When looking at the seal, I can see the spring that adds tension to the sealing lip of seal. On all other crank seals I’ve ever done, the side of seal with the spring always went in towards the bearings. Does Polaris want the seal installed backwards, or has someone previously installed seal backwards? I tried downloading a service manual, but had no luck. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you……..
