hey guys i got this 96 xplorer 400l replacing rear brake pads and i got the piston in a little but not enuf to put new pads and to have enuf gap to fit the rotor……….. it looks like a twist piston like they have on some cars but even with pressur and twisting it .it will not go in all the way 🙁 what could be wrong here

2015 sportsman 850 sp stuck in 4×4
Hey guys I have a 15 850 sp and it’s stuck in 4×4. I just put 4 new highlifter axles in it. Everything is stock except snorkels and 30 inch ag tires. In L and H it’s stuck In diff lock even with the switch in 2 wheel drive. In reverse 4×4 doest work at all even with switch in 4×4. I unplugged switch and still have the same problem. What could be causing this?

Outlander 650 blown up?
May have blown my 2011 outty 650xt up this past weekend. Was running it decently hard back the cottage going up that last hill on the road and started making a little noise then it died. Wouldn’t turn over got it back it started but real faintly seemed like running on one cylinder. The plugs looked fine no shavings or anything. Although I noticed it looks like oil is seeping out of the plug on the side of the case were the crank would be?
When it starts it sounds like metal rubbing. Not sure tho taking it to the dealer tomorrow. Anyone ever put 800 pistons and heads on a 650? Make much difference and what do it all intel?

’87 Fourtrax 350 loose front end
My honda has defiantly taken abuse over the years. I just bough it last fall and I’ve finally gotten to take it out. When I’m in a rocky area all I hear is clunk clunk clunk. It seems like the front end is loose I just don’t know where to look. I’ve heard about bad tie rods but what should I be looking at and for to see if there’s any wear in the steering.

Trailer Weight Help Please
I’m looking at a Weekend Warrior FS2600 and the Nada Guide says 5,300# but the sticker inside the trailer says 7,800; however, it looks like they are adding water and propane to that empty weight as well. So does this trailer weigh 6,550 empty or 7,800 empty?

2002 700 lift kit
I am putting a 2" lift on my sportsman and not seeing a way to get the cv boot to strut clearance needed. I have ground quite a bit of the strut off already, but just not seeing it being possible to grind enough off. Has everyone that has put a lift on these older models been able to alleviate this issue or am I not the only one?
Was wanting to put 28" mega mayhems on it since this is kind of my beater, but am rethinking this at this point.
