Hi everyone, this is my first post although I have fallowed the site for a while. Had numerous quads but this is my first utv(15xp1k). I recently went on a ride and went through some creeks and had a check engine light come on. I didn’t have anything to write the code down so Im not sure what it was since its now cleared. Ever since then my rzr feels underpowered and will only hit 8000 rpm with the stock tires. Only performance mods are iridium plugs and queens ecu reflash. It will hit 9200 rpm no prob in park and also in low gear but only 8000 in high. Any idea what the issue is? Air filter isn’t that dirty, checked and cleaned the pps, and checked the spider nut on the clutch. All seems fine…

I have a very slightly used Looney Tuned Exhaust and Looney Tuned Controller for sale. The sound is too much for my kids/wife so had to go back stock.
Came off a 2008 rzr 800 but will fit others. You may want to check with LTE if you are unsure. Total setup costs just under $1100. Would like at least $850. Shipping would prob run about $30 I would imagine.

Good compression but still burns oil
Have a stock 2008 rzr 800 that burns about a quart every 50 miles or so. I’m 99% sure that previous owner dusted it. Compression on both cylinders just under 170. I do notice the smell of oil while riding. Assume that is the burning off.
I always thought that a bad top end meant low compression?
I assume at least I need new pistons/rings. Or could my oil consumption be from something else? Anyone else have good compression and yet burn oil?

I am getting ready to rebuild the motor and will be upgrading to a big bore kit. Any suggestions? I mainly ride dunes and desert trails. Input from those with a big bore kit would be greatly appreciated. Funding not really an issue.

3-5″ bracket lift adjustment
Anyone running the 3-5 highlifter bracket lift with the shock adjustment maxed out ? If so how is the ride and does it put your axles at extreme angles? My ride is 2015 HLE 1000.
