RZR Bath Time
I am getting ready to wash my rzr for the first time to take her in to get her initial service. I was just wondering if there is anything specific anyone has ran into while washing their rzr, or anything other than the ovious areas to avoid.

This is a full custom build. This is not a cookie cutter build like most custom Razrs. It is truly a head turner. This Razr was specifically built & set up for Sand Dunes and off road trail / pre-running. It performs amazingly in either terrain. It has been adult driven and has not been abused. Never rolled or wrecked.
Build list: Desert works roll cage 1 ¾” DOM with additional support & bracing added. Cage powder coated satin black. Desert works aluminum roof with recessed 40” dual row LED bar. Desert works full opening doors. Both roof & doors are wrapped in red carbon fiber vinyl inside. All aluminum panels have been powder coated titanium silver to match factory plastic color. Rear buggy style bumper with custom paneling. Screen material powder coated flat red. Red LED lighting throughout interior & exterior, grills, rear bumper paneling, etc.
– Custom PRP seats with UTV inc padded 3” 5 point seat belt harnesses.
– Rugged radios 50 watt Icom car to car race radio, 2) head sets with VOX intercom and MP3 player connection.
– Dual row LED bar on roof, 2) LED pods on A pillars, 2) Safe glow red LED whips.
– Factory suspension. Lower front A-arms have been braced with 1” Chromoly tubing & gusseted. All A-arms & trailing arms have been spray coated with bed liner at Inyati. Factory tie rods & radius rods have been replaced with Foddrill motorsports 1” 7071 Aluminum tie rods, & rear radius rods with hiem joints. Fully adjustable. Factory Walker Evans 2.5” front & 3.0” rear shocks with reservoirs have been tuned & set up for both sand dunes & trail riding. Lower stance in rear for lower center of gravity for a more dynamic ride.
– 4) 31X10.50X15 Toyo Open County Mud Terrain DOT tires on 4) Limited addition Robby Gordon true beadlock wheels, powder coated flat red. 1 ½” aluminum wheel spacers on all 4 corners. Tires do not rub at full turn & full bump. This size tire performs incredibly off road & when rock crawling. 2) 28” X 14” Sandtires Unlimited sand blaster paddle tires on Method 401 14X7” true beadlock wheels.
– Other misc add on’s; Roll bar mounted quick release chrome fire extinguisher. Air Raid serviceable K&N style factory replacement air filter with outerwear wrap. Custom clutch cover belt cooling kit. Axis rearview mirror. Hurst shifter handle. Spare belt. Soft cooler mount & strap in back. Car siren horn. Locking lug nuts. Factory spare tie rod & radius rods. Factory paperwork & owners manual.

Front diff leaking?
2014 570 sportsman I noticed black drips where I parked my quad coming out from near the skid plate. I found a puddle on the skid plate under the front diff, pinion seal? how much am I looking at to fix this
Polaris Lock and Ride windshield sale
Well, I do not know if any of you need a windshield or not, but I was looking at Polaris’ website and the Lock and Ride windshield 2878392 is currently 25% off which takes it from $130 to $97.50. If you go and look for that part number on Ebay it will come up with that price, free shipping, and at least for Texas no tax.
Just thought I would pass it along if anyone needs a windshield, it’s a pretty good price. I just ordered one even though I will not really need it until fall… :werd:
