We now have our kit available for the 900/1000 RZR’s and Rangers.
It contains our patented flyweight (which are adjustable), adjustment hardware, primary spring and secondary spring. Because of our unique shoulder design, no helix is required. A direct bolt-in solution that flat out works.
For incredible acceleration and mid-range pull, with no compromise to top end performance, nothing in the industry can match it!
Improve your belt life and cool your clutch temps by stopping belt slippage at it’s source. Make your primary clutch do what it’s supposed to do!
Has anyone welded the case on the transmission after breaking the reverse chain in a 2014 xp 1000 ?? Were there issue or problems ?

I just bought a fixer-upper 2004 Predator 500.
It has a top end knock that stops at idle after a few seconds.
Im hoping this is a case of a stretched cam chain, but thought you guys might recognize it.
It does start super easy – the moment you hit the starter in fact.
Seems to run well with good power aside from the knock.
As soon as I get hold of my tools (in a storage unit) I’ll pull the timing chain tensioner and see if it’s maxed out, but until then, I’d love to hear what you guys think.

Trying to pick a venue for a ride on 5/16, options are Logandale, mesquite, St. George or somewhere near Flagstaff? I’m a 1k rider currently, but midwest riding isn’t quite the same as riding in Nevada. Would prefer to tag along on a group ride on 5/15 and/or 5/16 if possible.
Just a heads up to other Trail owners. I was running my rig last night, heard something let go and then a real loud thumping whenever I went above a crawl speed and it seemed like it was right below my seat. I limped it back to the trailer and took it to a buddy’s shop to investigate. We pulled the centre console to have a look at the driveshaft and the hanger bearing was completely out of it, driveshaft was just whacking away in the old mount.
I did some reading and apparently it was a problem on the 900 XPs back in the day. The only other bit of investigation that I figured out was that the original part number was superseded already by a new part which tells me that maybe there was issues with the original.
I’m outside of my 6 months, and me and my pal already ripped it apart so I’ll just buy the bearing and replace it. Polaris item is $100 US, I’m going to try an All Balls replacement kit for less than half that.
I don’t baby my machine, that’s for certain. It had lots of hard winter running and has already seen a good bit of mud and water. That said, only got 35 hours on it, probably about 200 miles.
Removed my QSC and disassembled the one way, cleaned it and re lubed with isoflex put her back together. I ran great for 10 minutes but now she is hard to shift and it crawls in gear, a bit of squealing too. The interior of the housing is spotless, some thing hanging up???:th_smiliepullhair:Cleaned the STM secondary while I was there as well thoughts?
