High Flow Cover Spacer NOW AVAILABLE
It also fits with the standard cover if you have issues with space. Some guys are having issues with their belt hitting the cover. This will bump out the outer cover out about an inch creating more clearance for the belt with or without our clutch kit.
The price for the spacer alone is $45.00.

Polaris Outer Clutch Cover Identification
Polaris significantly reduced the space we need for our technology when they came out with their new 2015 “High Flow” cover. Not all 2015 models come with it automatically and it can be optionally installed on a machine that didn’t come with it.
In order for our weight to fit in the newer style cover, we are designing a spacer to “bump out” the cover to create the clearance our HeelClicker flyweight requires. If you try to run our flyweight in this cover without the spacer, it will wear a hole (i.e., make its own clearance) in your cover. Prior year covers (Polaris P/N’s 2634179 and 2634160) do not have this issue if they are centered properly around the primary clutch on your machine.
