I just installed a kit on my 2015 1000 and it howls at low speeds but once I get on it it goes away is this a problem. It engages about 2800 and at top end about 8150 rams im at 5000 ft elev. I haven’t installed the red spring yet because I’m getting 30 inch Tires Tuesday

High Flow Cover Spacer NOW AVAILABLE
The Spacer needed to create clearance for the HeelClicker clutch flyweight with the "high flow" cover is NOW AVAILABLE!! We started shipping a couple of days ago on the pre-orders.
It also fits with the standard cover if you have issues with space. Some guys are having issues with their belt hitting the cover. This will bump out the outer cover out about an inch creating more clearance for the belt with or without our clutch kit.
The price for the spacer alone is $45.00.

Polaris Outer Clutch Cover Identification
The patented dual-quadrant HeelClicker flyweight optimizes the belt squeezing forces within the contraints of space established by the Polaris-factory outer clutch cover around the primary clutch. Our flyweight has a second mass attached to it (officially called a “shoulder”, but some may casually refer to it as a second “arm”) that is located such that it applies more force to the clutch/belt during operation without compromising your WOT speed.
Polaris significantly reduced the space we need for our technology when they came out with their new 2015 “High Flow” cover. Not all 2015 models come with it automatically and it can be optionally installed on a machine that didn’t come with it.
In order for our weight to fit in the newer style cover, we are designing a spacer to “bump out” the cover to create the clearance our HeelClicker flyweight requires. If you try to run our flyweight in this cover without the spacer, it will wear a hole (i.e., make its own clearance) in your cover. Prior year covers (Polaris P/N’s 2634179 and 2634160) do not have this issue if they are centered properly around the primary clutch on your machine.
