Hello, i recently rebuilt my 01 400ex this winter and changed a bunch of in the motor, including hot cam stage 2 and cp stock bore 11:1 piston,
I also installed front yfz450 shocks
I do know i have a bit more power than before, but am having more difficulty wheeliing in 5th gear than before, am wondering if the problem is in the motor or the fact that these shocks have lowerd my font end and arent as bouncy as the stock ex shocks, also i installed slightly richer main jet maybe this is the problem? Any ideas???
My Rzr is feeling sluggish and won’t hardly idle.. Display shows code 0520275.. Which I’ve been told is the accelerator position/brake position.. Question is what do I replace to fix it? Any help is appreciated.
I took my Rincon apart to change the oil pump chain and noticed that the oil pump sprocket has some play in it and the oil pump shaft moves back and forth a little I just want to know if that’s normal or not
Selling the stock sway bar off of my XP1K. It does have the lightweight HD end links from UTVINC as well as the frame mounts. nothing is bent, I just replaced it with a entire sway bar kit.

To some of you guys with clutching experience. I’m getting a lot of clutch heat running at high speeds. Enough to deform my snorkle a bit. I’m running 27 inch outlaws and about 350 lbs of people cargo. I’m assuming when running 6800-6900 rpm there’s too much load on the secondary and to fix that I’d need a bit stiffer secondary spring. If I went to lighter primary weight to bring the revs up I’d think the heat would be greater because of less squeeze and slippage? Just wanted a second opinion in case I had this all backwards in my head.
Voodoo Blue. Lock and Ride poly windshield, poly back window, bottom door inserts, aluminum roof, Polaris heater, Polaris 6 point retractable harnesses, Polaris rearview mirror, and a full set of Polaris plastic skid plates. All accessories were installed by the dealer. There might be something that I am forgetting, I will update if there is. This rig is all but brand new. I can’t remember the exact hours but its under 50 because I haven’t had the first service done yet. I also have a Yeti 35 and a dewalt ds400 storage box I am about to install but I am not sure if I am going to let them go with it. I do not ride it enough to justify keeping it, I am looking to get a Harley so I am open to trades. I have title in hand. I might be able to deliver depending on the distance.
