900s sits cockeyed in front

So I noticed the other day while cleaning on it in the shop that the front drivers side is leaning and sitting lower than the passenger side. Checked all the tires and they’re all the same. Tried adjusting with the wrench but they don’t wanna turn. Is there a certain way to do it? I noticed there’s two ringed notches so do you have to loosen the top one to be able to move the bottom one? Also how do you know the shocks are set the same?

Racer Tech 2″ lift issue?

I attempted to install my new Racer Tech 2" lift on my XP1k today, I’ve seen other places where people spend as little as 30 minutes doing the install, but I spent a good couple hours today just trying to get the front lift done and it’s not right at all. I’m no noob to working on stuff either, wish that was the case here. Please keep all the "my install went great, no issues" comments to yourself as I’m glad they did but they’re not going to help me one bit. I don’t mean to be an *sshole but I’m just really frustrated here.

I don’t want this to come off as a bash on their product but I’m just looking for some input from other who may have had any issues.

First thing was the spacers supplied are 1 1/4" long, the factory shock mount is only 1 3/16" wide and the shock measured the same (bushing to bushing) so it came out and goes back like it should. The frame isn’t bent or crushed in to cinch the factory shocks in place.

Second, and this may be something they changed later on, but like I said this is a new kit. The 3 short bolts the go on the bottom are 17mm hex head and when installed you really cant get a socket on them as they’re too close to the bend of the kit. The pics in the instructions show them using Allen head bolts which would save a lot of headaches. See here (this is just a mock up but it’s no different in the instructions but with a finished product):

Third, once it’s all mounted the shock top mount being 1 3/16", as mentioned before, doesn’t fit in the new mount location as the new brackets are way too far apart. Bottom picture on page 3 (same install pdf as above). If the shock is 1 3/16" wide and the inner factory mount is the same, add the width of the stock bracket and you now have the width of the new mount location which is massive and sloppy. Am I just supposed to fill this monster gap with washers that weren’t supplied? See here:

Lastly, for the front at least. When all put together and set back down on the ground the passenger side is seems to sit a good 1.5" higher than the drivers. I know you’ll probably say it’s binding up somewhere or the brackets aren’t straight, but that really can’t be the case as the only holes to locate it are the factory shock mount holes and those are lined up and even all the way across. No adjustment was made to the factory shocks and it sets level when lift isn’t installed.

Any help here would be much appreciated. I tried calling Racer Tech but I think they must’ve closed shortly before and I’d like to try to resolve this tonight before I get home in the morning and take it all apart and start over.

Primary Clutch Bolt Sheared Off

So I took my clutch cover off today after cleaning my rzr to check on the belt and blow out whatever dust was in there only to find the bolt holding the primary clutch on was loose. I pulled the bolt out and found that half the threads on the bolt has sheared off. This happened after 5 hours of ridding at the dunes as i pull the cover off after every ride to inspect the belt and make sure everything looks fine. So i took it to the dealership today and they looked at it. They said they couldn’t get the clutch off because the tools that they use to pull the clutch wouldn’t go in there from the other half of the bolt still stuck in there. They were going to contact polaris tomorrow and see what they want to do. The two options that they said was to find some way to pull the clutch off and hope that they can still pull the other half of the bolt out or they will be pulling the motor apart and replacing the crank and clutch.
