Starting a new thread to vent and see if anyone else has any issues. First the venting. First ride out this past weekend and after a few hours of riding and way back at Petersville my "limp home mode" came on for overheating. First inspection in the field did not seem like the radiator was that dirty, but have it tore apart last night and going to wash it out; but I have put my 800 Polaris through a lot worse before I plugged it up solid and the Can Am has a higher mounted radiator. Not sure if the angle it sits at is a factor. The fan should have stayed on until it was cool, but at first it would not run, then come on and shut off after a minute; meanwhile the reservoir was boiling.
I do not see a thermostat switch in the radiator like Polaris, so that should avoid any false readings from a mud-caked sensor being insulated from the true temperature. I am half tempted to wire in a manual fan switch to over-ride the sensors if this ever happens again.
Now some whining: you would think for the amount these machines cost that MORE thought would have went into service and maintenance. Last week I did the first oil change, thought I would pop off the skid plate to eliminate any oil from getting trapped and making a mess. After realizing there is no nutplates on the skid plate and last night finding the same thing with the front rack (all nuts & bolts). All I could do is shake my head in disappointment. And lastly would it have really been that difficult to engineer a spin-off oil filter? It is still a great machine and very happy with performance; but I am going to test this thing "hard" this summer in Peterville and Eureka and I will know more by hunting season. For 13K in cost, Can Am should have thought about those poor bastards in service that have to work on it and those of us who do our own maintenance. Whining and venting complete
We’ve had a lot of requests for this one over the years and now it’s here; The NEW 8 ft. LED lighted whip. It’s constructed the same as the other NightStalker LED lighted whips, but because of the length we’ve made the pole stiffer and stronger. We still offer the same mount system, too.
I’m looking to get a set of Walker Evans beadlocks or methods for my Fox Edition. I was wondering if anybody has purchased a set and how they look on your machine. The only pictures I’ve seen of the WE have all been custom. I’m not opposed to going that route, but I was wondering if anybody has put their shot peened or other off the shelf wheels on their machine. If you have the methods, how do you like them?
I have a honda 400ex that always ticked some, and faster when you revved it up. But this weekend was riding it pretty hard and it started ticking real loud. Then I rode it some more and shut it off, when i went to start it again, starter wouldnt turn it over. Figured maybe timing chain was jammed? so put it in 4th and rolled it forward to loosen chain ( think this is what i was doing) and i got the starter to kick in, but now even in gear if i start it, you can hear something inside just spinning? believe its the chain came off top gear right? how do i fix this? can i do it without pulling motor? and would it have messed anything up? wheres the tensioner on these motors? what all will need replace? thanks!

Looked a little but couldn’t find an exact answer. Looking for a rear 2" hitch for my rzr800. Bike has a rear bumper or brush guard what ever you wanna call it that goes around the tail lights. Called uti and they said that the hitch would not work with the bumper. Does the emp hitch work with a bumper or any others that may work? Also for the front winch mount was Guna get a bumper winch mount bumper but read that it puts a lot of stress on frame so just Guna stick with it in the frame. And winch mounts that work for the harbor freight 5000lb winch?

New here. Going to buy a 2016 RZR 900 EPS Trail when they become available. I have some ideas on which accesories I want/need, but before I spend money on factory items or any aftermarket accessories that could be better options, I thought I would ask those of you here who have gone through the same process. Bumpers, winches, racks, aluminum roof, half windshields, protective suspension parts, skid plates, storage bags are suggestions I could use now.
