Team UXC Racing Goes One, Two at GNCC Tomahawk

Trantham Takes Third Win of the Season

Minneapolis, May 12, 2015- After a win in 4×4 Pro at GNCC Round 5, Team UXC Racing would head to Odessa, New York for GNCC Racing’s Round 6, The Tomahawk, and, once again, put the Scrambler 850 on the Pro 4×4 podium.

Teammates Michael Swift and Kevin Tratham would start mid-pack and would pass the class leader with a lap-and-a-half to go. It would be all Swift and Trantham to the line with Trantham finishing first, and also taking the overall, with Swift right behind him crossing the line a full minute and 20 seconds before the third place finisher. Trantham sits in second in class points with Swift in third for the season.

Off a win last time out, Team UXC Racing’s 4×4 Senior Racer Don Higbee would hit the podium with a third place finish on his Scrambler 850. Higbee sits in third for the season in the class.

The next GNCC race is the Mountaineer Run, in Masontown, West Virginia, May 23-24, which will include ATV, UTV and Single-Seat classes.

2 questions on my new outlander max xt.

First question is …I backed my ATV out of the bed of my pickup. I stopped it while the front wheels were still elevated on the ramps and noticed if i grab the wheels there seems to be a little slop in them. I can turn them back and forth just a little. Is this slop normal? It doesnt seem like it should be.
2nd question: when i sit with the machine running in park and turn the wheels from left to right and back i can feel no difference in the resistance whether the dps is s
et at max or min. Shouldn’t it turn easier on max even at idle?

WET CLUCTH DELETE WANTED

Ok, so I have heard that plenty of people have bought a WCD and for whatever reason swapped it back out for a wet clutch. WELL. if you one of those people and are interested in selling it, I would be interested.

Need pic of throttle cable to Mikuni carb

I have a 2004 Predator 500. Trying to piece it back together. The prior owner took the stock carb off and replaced it with a bigger one that didn’t fit right. I just bought a Mikuni BSR 42 to put it back to factory. My question is that the end of the throttle cable isn’t fitting right on the carb, so does anyone have the stock setup that can send a pic of it together? Trying to figure out if I can rig it or just replace the whole cable.
