Is Power Steering NECESSARY? Thought?

Hello

I am new here. My new rubicon 500 2015 is being delivered today. I opted for manual without power steering. My last atv was a fourtrax 350 2003. I have never had power steering. I have read mixed reviews. I like to keep things simple and the less i have to fix down the road the better. I will be doing mostly trail riding. I just can stop wondering if i made the right call for me not getting it. I hate to not like the bike because of it. I would like to hear from more experienced people what there thoughts on ES are?

Anyone else have this problem? (winch help)

I called Warn yesterday to ask them about this, the part number on the mounting plate is correct. This is the Vantage 3,000, I don’t know if this is a new model with a revised switch or what, but the pictures on the installation instructions show the old switch that is red with just a line down it that says "Warn" on it. It’s not this black one with the huge tab on it. What would you guys do? Cut the frame? Or just trim that tab down if Warn cannot make me a mount? You can see in one of the pictures that the winch can go back another 1/4" before it hits the front differential. Basically what’s happening is my switch is hitting the frame before it gets to the "engage" side.

Super Dave’s A-arm bushing torque settings

Installed a-arm bushings from Super Dave’s, and after torquing to spec the suspension arms must be forced to travel up and down (without the shock mounted). Will this "loosen up" over time, or should I back off the torque setting until they move more freely? Damn sure don’t want them washing out the bolt holes, even though I’ve reinforced them all with weld washers. Thx!
