What’s everyone doing to prevent dust from being sucked into the clutch housing? Also my rollers on the secondary have flat spots. Is there a upgratded roller for it?

My dad purchased a brand new 2015 1k and we (brothers, me and my dad) stripped it down with 2 miles on the dash, went with the light weight hcr long travel kit with king shocks, bought a 2012 z1 sled with 0 miles and stripped the motor out, did head studs and upgraded the turbo internals and got the swap kit thanks to Jason at hawk. Also did the stm primary and secondary clutches. First test run today (forgot to mention sdr cage and doors as well) Attachment 134546Attachment 134547Attachment 134548

My son was out riding thee Bruin today when it suddenly failed to change gears. Its a 2006 Yamaha bruin 350 automatic.When you take off it doesnt change gears just revs up.Thanks for any help
While riding in the field I noticed a clanking noise some where underneath the seat.it only happens when the suspension is working or its in a corner. 2015 with less than 15 hours. any thoughts to where to start would be appreciated
Hi all I recently built a roll cage for my maverick and while installing it i also installed a light bar, sounds system, angel eyes, and underglow. Half way through my last ride everything started messing up. My amp wouldn’t turn off unless I pulled fuses and it would come on when I started the bike even with my remote wire switched off. Now my display quit working and I found a blown fuse. Replaced the fuse and now the headlight bright beams will not turn off even with the key all the way to the right. The only way the lights will turn off is if I turn the key all of the way off. I figured I had a bare wire touching somewhere so I pulled out every bit of wiring that I installed and the display and the lights are still having the same problem. Has anyone had this problem before or any ideas of what it can be. Thanks in advance
I have a 2006 rancher 350 and the head had a seat come out.
Instead of fixing i was going to replace the head with a used one.
My question is will a 2000 350 head work. It looks almost identical and
the gaskets are the same but there is one # different in the part #’s.
I put it on and will start and run but acts like its running real rich and will not idle unless i have half throttle on. Does it sound like a carb issue or heads not gonna work?
