I loaded up to go ride today and everything was fine, got to where I was going and backed off the trailer went to shift to low and there was almost no resistance and all on the shifter, feels almost as if a detent broke. It shifts between all gears with very minimal effort of the shifter, and you can’t feel it "click" into any of the gears, all the gears work it’s just hard to find them. Park seems to be tho only gear with that "click" when you reach it, but even that doesn’t seem right. It’s a 2014 570 base. Any ideas? There is a cover where the shifter goes into the transmission I was going to pull off and see if anything looks out of place.
Aight, taking myh 16′ 850XT back to the dealership with a few problems I’m having, wanted to get some input from you guys just so I can know what i can/should expect. First issue, belt noise. It seems pretty bad, sounds just like mud tires on pavement and it is LOUD. Did it with both sets of tires Ive had on it and it can be on any surface same noise. Drove my buddies 650XT and it was quiet. Secind issue, moisture/water in the speedo. Third issue, Hard/Binding shifting going into LOW and sometimes hard to get in other gears. It has come out of LOW on me a couple times.
Just had my RZR delivered today and putting on some up grade on it. I opened my new super atv flip-up windshield and found no spacers for the bottom brackets. How can I get some to my house or how long are they so I can make some.
Bought a rancher 350 couple months ago that was sunk. Rebuilt with fresh top end rings, valve seals, gaskets hole ordeal. When i start up bike it still smokes a tad but when you rev it it smokes alot. Im thinking it could be oil in the muffler? If i take the muffler off it doesn’t smoke when idleing or when its reved up. So would it be possible for muffler to have alot of oil in it?
