grizzly frame swap

A friend a mine (jrubicon) was riding today and hit a rock and bent his frame. i have not seen it but he says the damage is substantial and that he is looking into ordering up a new frame from yamaha and then swapping all the parts to the new frame. That is basically building a new frikkin bike! daaaaayum.

has anybody on here ever swapped a frame before?

New guy here…need help!

Hello everyone. I just bought and now own a 2005 Polaris Sportsman 400 4×4. I bought the ATV on eBay and was what I thought was a great deal. I bought it for my teenage kids, being I ride a Suzuki King Quad 700. It came snorkeled, a home made kit, but not bad by any means. The ATV ran great with zero issues, until my daughter drove it into a tree…a big tree! Needless to say, I had to replace everything on the right front side. Axle, A-arm, strut and spring, the whole front box and front grill, radiator, and headlights. Everything I have bought has been used off of eBay, so it hasn’t been to bad. Now that I have most everything back together…it doesn’t want to run. It will idle for maybe a second or two, then die. It has all new gas, I thoroughly cleaned the carb, no holes in the diaphragm, a brand new fuel pump, and the throttle cable points in the thumb throttle are not touching. I cleaned the old spark plug, but have a new one coming. It really acts like it is running out of gas. All gas lines are blown out and not kinked, since I had to replace the fuel pump. What I think is weird, if the ATV is off, I turn it on and turn it over, it starts and tries to idle, but quickly dies. If I continue to turn the key a second time, it wont even try to start. Now…if I turn the ATV all the way off each time and then try to start it, it will idle then die each time. I have been reading forums for days now, I am hoping someone has had the same issue. Please let me know if I am lacking any information. I appreciate any and all your help!

Carburetor problem

I have a 2001 Honda Rancher 350. My husband and I put a new carburetor on it, replaced fuel hoses, installed new steering bushings and bearings and rebuilt the rear end. The battery is shot on it but it’ll pull start pretty easily without choking it. However, I’ve rode it a couple times in which once I turned it off and couldn’t pull start it again and another time it died while idling after a quick 2 minute ride and wouldn’t pull start again. Is it possible that the carburetor is flooding the engine and needs to be adjusted? If so, how do I adjust the carburetor?

XMR dirty air box on the clean side but the dirty side is clean

Hey everyone.
So I went for my first ride this weekend on my new 1000xmr. When I came home I washed my bike and desided to check the air filter. When I removed the air filter, to my surprise I found it was dirty on the clean side. It’s weird cuz the dirty side, where the air filter is was perfectly clean as a new machine should be. Does anybody have any guesses on what happened?

Rancher Storage Box Options

I have a Rancher that is used for carrying a chain saw, shovels and stuff used for clearing at a small camp / farm. Does anyone have a suggestion regarding a front tool / storage container? Bungee cords are good unless you carry two or more tools. Not sold on a front metal basket.
