This is a 2015 Sportsman 570 EPS. I figured I would show some pics of what I did because I always see a lot of posts about what fits what, what offset to go with ect. So I went with ITP wheels 12×7 inch 4.0 + 3.0 offset, and 26x9x12 in the front and 26x11x12 rear kenda bear claws tires.
My scrambler has about 200 miles on it and the other day I was riding in a field and the belt broke so I got it back to the house and went up tonight and got a belt but when I looked closer at it. The clutch cut through the top of the clutch over and shredded the belt. It should be covered under warranty shouldn’t it?
I’m in the process of selling my 2014 Teryx 4 and am seriously considering purchasing the RZR 4 900. Just curious if any one here has driven/ridden in both of these machines and can give me some feedback on power, suspension and comfort for all passengers. I hate to get rid of my Teryx because it is reliable as and it comes with a 3yr factory warranty. I have heard of the reliability issues with some Polaris rigs and I have to admit it makes me a little gun shy but I love the looks of the new RZR 4 and I can’t take the harsh ride of the Teryx any more. Any input and or opinions would be greatly appreciated.
We made a video with one of our Rear Light Bar’s to see their durability. This is the part 1 of 2 of our torture test video… in the next days we will post the 2nd part.
Remember you can buy our Rear Light Bars from our website:
I have a 2015 Sportsman 850sp, and I am looking for a fuel pack that would work with the Polaris racks with out drilling. If that’s even possible, after spending 10k on it I am not about to drill into it yet if I don’t have to. Thanks for any help.
I am interested in setting up an appointment with you guys to drop of my 2011 RZRXP900 for a stage 2 RIS on my shocks. Your phone has just been going to voicemail with a full inbox.

I pulled my secondary (and primary) last night and the both have scalloped (wavy) ridges on them. I’m sending the primary to coop so he will fix that. My real question is can I safely take any material off both secondary sheaves without gettin myself into heap of trouble? Normally I’d just replace it but I found out I need a front diff rebuild on top of the primary work. I don’t think it’ll be more than 1m needing to be removed.
Thoughts, opinions, experiences welcome!!
